Rumored to have connection with various gangs around the country. Likes to 'party', take chances and does not take well to losing. "if you shake my hand better count your fingers" is a adequate saying for this man, although he also seems to know his way around the upright and politics.
Goals: To amass a fortune and place his hand in every pocket.
Initial influence: the petty thieves and (semi)organized gangs

Simple as find a volcano on the world map, then look for the [single] red tile on the region map. and ravine/volcano is random. Have height variable set to random
