I captured a Grey Parrot in my Cage Trap, (In a Wet/Moist Jungle or W/E they're called)  and wanted to train it purely for the knowledge, as I had done with many primates that lived in the area.  Its friends kept swimming through my sewers just to hang around its cage, so I said "screw it" and let it go.  It had a scar from a marksdwarf shooting it once when it got caught, and now it hangs outside my fort with its buddy, it's been there for a few years.  I've already made a few species extinct, and I don't want these guys to go extinct as well.  Any way to make them leave the map without killing them?  I don't mind hurting them, as long as one escapes.

yeah, but ethics tags can be modded.  i support prisoner labor, not slave labor.  make them work for 10 years, then release them, or suffer a large scale riot.

Shesam, a towering hairy ceratopsid.  It has thing wings of stretched skin and it appears to be emaciated.  It's copper hair is unkempt.  Beware it's hunger for warm blood!

So basically, this thing will attack creatures, not just my dwarves, that have warm blood?  This could be bad for my chances of capturing certain cave creatures..

He uses a crutch, due to the scar on his leg, but he's been legendary with it for 10+ years. That's all, for permanent injuries, besides the skin.  On the bright side, in a different post, I found that the bolts that stuck in the Salt FB actually had his coating of gas, and if a gobbo is hit with the bolt, it will cause a Fever, rotting of the area, and major swelling, leading to death by blood loss, or a quick execution by soldiers.

we have some great doctors, plus his natural ability to heal has helped alot.  he's had plenty of broken limbs and the like before, he's taken a load of punishment.

Alright, I had an FB I talked about in an earlier post about my General, who would basically make your skin rot if you inhaled his gases.  I had my Marksdwarves shoot him, to no avail, as he was made of salt.  Apparently... his blood coated the bolts that stuck in him.  Long story short, I have a bunch of goblins lying unconcious with fevers, the area they were hit with the bolt is rotten, and swelling.  This is incredible.  It completely incapacitates them on the first shot.
