Wish I knew Spanish so I could experience the LP, sounds cool! It's really awesome to see that people are enjoying DF in other languages. :)

So, during the fight with

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

you have to shoot rockets at it using a particular computer console. The action for doing so is straightforward enough- hit triangle at the computer, and you have 30 seconds to line yourself up against a wall, hold L1, and press square to shoot rockets at your enemy. One problem, though- either this PS3 controller is crap or the game is, and the input is being doubly inputted. The game knows that it never fired rockets, but still reset the rocket firing console so that it has to be hit twice more (once to clear the targeting, and once more to actually restart the sequence) in order to attempt (and fail) yet again at firing rockets.

My patience is rapidly going out the window here.

You don't have to use the console to kill Zeke, just take the battle dress and all the rocket launchers you have and blast 'em. It's the same as every fight with Peace Walker.

If you need to heal, wait until Zeke is on another platform then lay down (in cover) and your health will regenerate.

Still on for Pathologic this Wednesday but no stream this weekend unfortunately.

Pathologic is going to go on for a while but I'm expecting Yomawari to wrap up pretty soon, I'm open to suggestions about what to play through next.

Huh, maybe I should start hosting my streams on YouTube instead of Twitch? Not super attached to the platform it's just what I knew how to use when I started streaming games.

E: But then I think about YouTube slamming me with copyright strikes and forcing my videos to be monetized when I'm not monetized, and that generally people don't look to YouTube when they're browsing for streams.

Anyone know why Twitch loads so much slower than other video hosting sites?

I'm able to watch Youtube perfectly fine, but Twitch runs so much slower, probably at best 1/3 the speed. And livestreams on Twitch are even worse.

If anyone has a solution, I'd be happy to hear that too.
I think the problem is that Twitch only allows you to stream at the quality that the streamer is uploading, unless the streamer is a partner. Was the streamer sending out 1080p 60fps video? What quality was the YouTube stream you saw?

All things considered, I think I'm becoming physically stronger and have more stamina.

Second Pathologic stream is tomorrow, we'll recap what happened last time at the start and we'll be answering questions about the game in chat. The archives for the first stream are also going up right now:

You should definitely be able to press hard enough to get good, strong lines without your pen shaking. Maybe you're holding it wrong somehow? Remember to draw from the elbow etc. as well.
I think my brush size was just too small when I was drawing before, and I was drawing while reclined instead of with my tablet on my nice firm desk. I do draw from the elbow and hold my pen properly so I think I have good technique, but it's hard to know, really. It could certainly improve if I do what my inking instructor said and do these line exercises every day.

This isn't a video game, and it's not an RPG, but you can play as the armies of Mordor in War of the Ring https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvgooNB8Ck0

Urist McScoopbeard, now that I have my own tablet and I'm drawing digitally I feel your pain, I wasn't zooming in when I was drawing and it really impacted what I was doing and I had no clue what was wrong until last night

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

That's what happens to my lines when I'm zoomed out. They're really shaky and I can't press hard enough to make them dark without making my pen wobble everywhere so they're thin and there's no weight. I'm definitely going to be experimenting with zooming to figure out what the best method is, I'm thinking I sketch zoomed out and do all my construction and let that be shaky, then I zoom in to do the main lines and be patient, instead of drawing the same line over and over using undo and not getting a good result in the end.

Fakeedit: As I type this I realize that I've seen that exact process before by other artists, such as Norasuko https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vMOPH0Z7Rk

The environments look like someone referenced the Storm Eagle stage from Megaman X

The best drawing from my first drawing stream

Dat construction. Good work!
Lol yeah it kinda turned out... In spite of my construction. :P It's literally the third time I've used the new tablet so I'm not beating myself up too hard, last night I also think I figured out why my lines are so sketchy (I wasn't zooming in DUH). Thank you for the compliment!

Here's a crop of something I worked on last night

This is like Heavy Metal the game. Weird art style, looks pretty interesting.

Loving my new Surface Pro 3, having a tablet I can draw on and a stylus that's responsive is such an incredible advantage. Plus now I can actually stream my drawing and interact with people while I'm learning and making stuff. It's great!

My friend and I streamed some Yomawari: Night Alone yesterday and had a blast, we're going to be doing that every Saturday until we finish it!

I might as well throw up some rune things I made up in paint a few months back over the course of roughly 1-2 hours.

The symbols have a kind of subtle unity in their design, it's nice. Most of all I like the colors you chose though.
