They're called limeys for a reason.
In personal news I got tired of having to think about and prep breakfasts and lunches so I made the dive into soylent.
Saying I'm on a liquid diet is weird but honestly it's done wonders for me even just two weeks in just replacing those two meals (with veggies to munch on for that full feeling). They have a caffeine version which helped me cut energy drinks out too.
Now I just have to worry about dinners and Saturdays (my "cheat" day) when I go shopping. Which is a huge relief since I hoof it to the store and back.
I've got meat cravings pretty bad but oh man is real food all that more satisfying now.

« on: February 01, 2019, 01:07:21 pm »Even if it's tainted by the knowledge my mood's gonna crash in the near future, I'm feeling good and I plan to enjoy it while I can.
Really wish I knew why my mood is swinging so much, though. I assume that it's that my brain chemistry's a bit fucked with the depression, but last time I was depressed it was just apathy and sadness with no sudden "My God I feel great!" moments at all.
It'd definitely be worth finding out if there's a pattern to those "hell yeah!" moments! And, also, downward spirals. Knowing that you are in a depressive state is half the battle. You'll still feel like shit but at least you'd know why.
