"I'm bored. I'll be back later. I'm gonna go rob a flat or something."
Have fun.
I'm gonna go help teach our boys to actually fight.

"I don't know, we only robbed a crapton of phones from that electronics store, so you decide."

Good, then that means no one has an excuse not to keep each other informed.  The next time someone tries to fuck with us or we learn something important, we should give each other a heads up.  A simple text message at the least, we should all be able to do that.

"Hang on, I thought our problem was that we weren't communicating well enough?  Why don't we just keep each other better informed from now on?  I don't see why we need a leader, why the fuck can't we just talk about our problems and work stuff out as a team?"

"I mean come on guys.  Are we really that fucking incompetent that we need somebody to tell us exactly what to do?"

1.  How much do we want to tell the rest of the gang about our plans?  I'm worried that if we told them that the other gangs were teaming up against us then they might freak out and try to run off like that Paul guy did.  Should we hold off on informing the rest of the gang about our plans to lay low until we're absolutely ready?
"So they can simply be pissed off that we withheld this information? No. We'll be honest. They knew exactly what they were signing up for, and we need to get them ready."
2.  Also, do we want to do anything about the Bacardi bringing in reinforcements?  I feel like if we know about this ahead of time then we should do something about it.  Maybe set up an ambush, or tip off a cop that's not crooked.  Any thoughts?
"We can't do Jack Shit about these reinforcements. An ambush, assuming we won't take horrendous, un-affordable casualties, will result in us being investigated, probably leading the cops to those four burnt bodies again. Tipping off a cop will simply result in the mafia realizing that we have infiltrated them. Instead, we wait. We'll let them come to us on our terms."
[/quote]

Well they seem a bit skittish to me, but if you think they can handle it then go right ahead but I don't see what good it'll do.  It's not like we weren't going to be preparing them for what's coming anyways, seems like this will just give them a new thing to be all nervous about.
And we don't have to ambush or tip off a cop about the Baca- er Cobari?  But we don't have to just ignore what they're up to either.  That's a valuable piece of information we got, I suggest we do something with it.
((haha I didn't realize I was calling them Bacardi till after I did my posts))

Ok then, it sounds like we've got a decent plan now.  Recruit, train, and lay low until we're ready to fuck up this Bacardi Family.  There are two things I want to talk about before we end our meeting though.

"HOLD IT! First, WHEN did we mug the Vice Lords? Second, sure, I'll take the Drill Seargent position. And THREE, we need a firearms trainer. I can teach the art of breaking and entering, too."
Beats me, all I know is that they're pissed at us but hopefully not too pissed that we can't throw them right back at the Cobardi's throats.  I don't know much about guns but I can offer to help by teaching some of our guys how to use knives while you cover Boxing and Burglary.
"Right, I'll get onto finding this car. I could be the treasurer also, I mean I'd be staying at the base regardless since I'm the computer guy. Also, can we seriously look into moving our base to that abaonded Church now?"
find out all information possible about the liescence plate.
Works for me.  Someone should go scout out this church beforehand though, we need to make sure it'll be a decent place to hold down in if we're thinking of lying low.

"Well, we could make them think we just got up and left town as well. Could also hit the higher-ups of the corbardi as well. Jason, I need you to get into the CCTV system, looking for a car with the numberplate '48J38F'. That one was used by the four I overheard this from."

I like the idea of taking out their higher-ups but I'm not sure how we could convince them that we just left town.
If we did learn the other gangs' killing styles like Mason suggested then I think we could possibly frame the murder of their higher-ups.  It sounds like a sure way to end the Cobardi's and Vice Lords' little truce.

Also, if someone could show me what each gang's tag symbol looks like I could try to replicate them.  A house full of dead Cobardi that's covered in Vice Lord graffiti could send the Cobardi against the Vice Lords.

"Well this is just my observation, but it sounds like the two gangs would rather be fighting each other than fighting us.  If we got just a bit stronger, and opened up some negotiations with the Vice lords, then maybe we could turn the tables on the Cobardi.  We would still have to worry about those Hawksons though.

Either way, it sounds like we will probably have to go to war.  I suggest that a couple of us get to work on recruiting more men and training them ASAP.

Ok everyone cool their shit!  Let's get a little organized here.  (Pulls out pen and paper)  We need...
1.  A Diplomat.  Someone to build up relations with the Triads or whoever the fuck these guys are.
2.  A Drill Sargeant.  Someone who can turn our men into better fighters.
3.  A Treasurer.  Someone who can bring in money and keep track of it all according to the gang's needs.

I think if we had at least one of us work on these three things for now then we could whip the Syndicate into far better shape, someone please point out if they think I missed something.
So who wants to take care of what?  Enough of all this political bullshit, who or whom wants to work on what?

"Well it doesn't seem like we got too much we can offer them.  We just started out after all, but from what I understand they're a relatively small and new group too.  How about one of us just goes and has a friendly meeting with them, and leaves the possibility of working together in the future open.  If we give a good impression, then our two groups can help each other out every now and then, maybe make some money together."

"Not bad Rainbow, but check out what I got!"
Pass the time by practicing my sharpshooting with Teddy's Pistols on some empty bottles.

((With some luck, Teddy's body could have washed ashore on 'Merican soil.  I'd consider that slightly more respectful.  Not sure about Cyan though))

((I do believe a train came for Cyan, and brought him to his wife and child))
As long as no one tried to suplex said train, then that would have been pretty touching.
