A spate of shootings have rocked Sleepy Suburbia. In nice big house street, a man was shot on his own porch as a thief made off with his precious Volvo S90. Later today another thief took a work van. When he was stopped by police officers, he shot both officers dead.

National News Network interviews Mr Johnson, who is in hospital after being shot in the face by a car thief:
“I’ve never seen any crime in my whole life here in Sleepy Suburbia.” He says. “I could park my car anyplace and not had to worry about no thieves! I feel like my whole world is shattered. I just hope that our police chief will do something these people it if he wants to be reelected.”

If there isn't a more pressing issue (and if there is, the smart money is on an SMG design) I would like to design artillery spotting balloons. That would be the first step on the path to air power at this early stage in the game, and it would be fun to do something a little different.

Pablo goes through the Suburbs and finds an unattended van in an alley. He successfully gains entry to the vehicle and hotwires the van. As he drives away, a man comes running out of a building yelling that it's his van! Pablo gives him the finger. The van owner gives him the finger back and calls the police.

Pablo drives off, turning a corner when he sees a patrol car waiting for him. He steps on the gas, but his slower van is no match for the police cruiser. He is forced to the curb where he pulls out an assault rifle and shoots at the policemen. He aims for the two police officers in their car, presenting a 40cm target at a distance of 5m. 125% Hit probability. He shoots 7 times. The driver takes a burst of 3 rounds to the head and dies on the spot. His partner is shot 4 times in the chest and neck and begins to bleed out as Pablo gets back in the van and drives off with his hard earned plunder. Only 2 cops were killed for this. Only only only.
