I'll probably pick up the trine  8-pack when i get home from work,  I'll have 4 copies that I don't have a home for.
If you could throw a copy my way I would be eternally indebted to you.

Most books have something along the lines of

Quote
any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, renting, lending, re-selling, exporting or public performance is prohibited.  Violation will result in legal action.

in the first few pages.
Then the library is SO fucked.

Also I'm always up for free stuff at http://steamcommunity.com/id/Jreengus. Because I finally decided I'm not above shameless begging.

Anyone else having problems with the store? It keeps refusing to add anything to the cart when I finally succeeded it said my credit card had been rejected when I attempted paying and now it says it can't connect all.

Now I can connect again but it can't seem to decide whether I have anything in my cart or not. :/

They are demons and they want your soul. Every time you buy an item on sale their grip over you becomes stronger. Eventually they will drag you down to hell and torture you eternally.

I seem to be naturally nocturnal. If I don't have anything to do I'll stay up later and later each night because I don't get tired and wake up later and later until eventually I'm staying up all night and going to sleep during the day at which point I end up stabilising, getting sleepy each dawn and sleeping until sunset.

If you buy a pack containing a game you already own you can't gift it except for certain exceptions. You basically just end up buying that pack minus the game(s) you already own.

The current indy pack is worth it for Recettear alone. I just wish I'd known it was coming, I bought Recettear at full price about a week ago and you can't gift the extra copy.  :(

That's interesting logic... You can't actually see them so you assume they have supermodel bodies? I can't recall the last time I saw a character whose description was anything like a supermodel.

An Oashi noble hired my character to assassinate a beggar for failing to bow to her.

I carefully applied a poison to my obsidian dagger and tracked the beggar down in the odorous slums of the 'Rinth.  I seduced the hideous man, leading him back to my apartment in the city proper, where I made to stab him in the back as he undressed.  Somehow he dodged the blow, before muttering something incomprehensible, which teleported me halfway across the Known world (which happens to be almost solely desert).  You'd have thought she'd have mentioned that the target was a filthy magicker.

Alone under the sweltering sun, I quickly ran out of water.  Throwing myself on the mercy of a tribe of elves, I soon found myself naked and unarmed, running for my life as they hunted me for sport.  I fell into a deep chasm that suddenly loomed open before me and fell unconscious.

I awoke in a daze and set off in the direction the wind was blowing from.  Unfortunately, that was where I encountered a Gith who proceeded to mutilate me, leaving gaping cuts over my face before I managed to subdue it.  Further into the cavern, I was attacked by a swarm of bat like creatures.  This final trial was too much for me and I succumbed to death's embrace.

Quite an eventful half hour really...

That makes me want to start playing again, I'm not sure if I really have the 8 hours a day I'm likely to end up playing to spare. I really need those hours to sleep and stuff.

Plans schmans. Everyone knows the best way of buying a present is to browse until something jumps out at you.

Also this is my 30th parcel so don't be surprised if you get something you didn't expect.

I'll sign up I guess. Could be interesting to see what I get although the fun is probably going to be finding something to buy. I hope whoever I get enjoys cool yet completely useless items.

The second game, you can also die in the first one by falling off a cliff, a game over screen appears but then guybrush bounces back up and says "Rubber Tree."

The candle burned through the rope causing the bag to drop onto bellows firing the lead pellet which bounced off a pot and two shields before popping the balloon causing the level to drop releasing the ratchet and lowering me into the waiting acid.

Fortunately Elaine was on hand to point out that since I was telling the story of how I'd ended up hanging from a rope above a giant hole I couldn't possibly have died half way through.
