You have definitions mixed up.  Invisible means impossible to see, which means the lasers would still hit them.  They would have to have been intangible for them not to have been hit.

Really, with the amount of self-entangled paradoxes found in Homestuck, this seems like one of the most obvious ones. The Sburb exist to create universes, to avoid complete destruction by LE, but LE infects every single one of these so that their evolution inevitably brings him to life, and thus - the destruction of those. Thus, the incomplete version of Sburb only temporarily halts the Endbringer's onslaught, stalling time for the coming of the full version, and the individual that could use it.

What we see is an end result of a protracted meta-literal combat, evolving concepts and a lot of shenanigans. It's like the iterations in the Achron, except on a more abstract level. The first iteration likely was vastly different from what we see now.

LE seeks power and to live, not destruction. If I recall, LE has yet to destroy a single universe, where Jack Noir has destroyed two universes. LE is not the enemy I think. He is just a deviation from the norm.

Read my last statement. Most likely is that Oric doesn't want to be relieved, so he puts a hit on the Target, but the Angels revive him with the reserved machine they have in the greens, and put him back on the start.

I think John popping in retconned it into the alpha timeline, guys.

Alright, have we considered casually asking what an Abberant actually is? For all we know they could only be 'aberrant' in the eyes of Oric and some of the siblings since they are a threat to their plans, or survivors of something from the previous cycles so horrible that even Oric wants to erase all traces of it.

  Of course, I may have forgotten something... time to search 'aberrant' on this topic. Here is a link to the search results for the Lazy.

  Okay, so there was a sidequest, but it didn't give us any details or background.

  Mili was an Aberrant Exile, but I believe we got her mauled... so all we know from that is you can be exiled from the Aberrant. So it's either a Organization/Entity, or Country.
(It has been suggested that if we can still access her corpse we stuff her in the Revival Chamber thingy and hope she can still remember stuff, but I'm not sure that's viable.)

  Oric is looking for 'the Aberration', so they may be connected (some form of Guardians or Living Keys?).

...That's all I got. Unless you want the out-of-context stuff, in which case 50-posts-per-page is apparently aberrant. Which is what I use, so I don't understand.

Genetic Recess, huh? Well, "recess" can mean to suspend (Also something set back, but I'm not sure how that might be linked), and I doubt I need to define genetic. The only familial relations we know of with Ciro (Hell, ignoring Al being Cherish's foster-dad, in the Warrens at all) would be the (Possibly not literal) relation of the Siblings. Maybe it suspends Ciro's Sibling powers/weaknesses, if there are any?

Wasn't it stated somewhere that Oric can control the Siblings via his Soul Star (Or was it Cain's star? I forget.)? So, how do we combat this?
By temporarily becoming a non-Sibling.
