Eeehhh... it can be offputting for some folks. Come in wanting a story, get T&A jammed in their face, sometimes to the detriment of the content itself.* Considering how prevalent it is in the media in general, and how often quite a lot of other positive qualities are sacrificed for it, it's pretty understandable that folks tend to put some emphasis on it. Most folks ain't terribly worried about the sexuality thing, they're worried the rest of the show's going to be sacrificed on the altar of pantsu, to some degree or another.

*As noted in that breakdown, as an example: That first episode of netoge could have been considerably better if they hadn't been doing the fanservice thing. They lost a number of opportunities (and probably at least a minute or two of total screen time, even!) with those camera angles, because they were shoehorning in T&A instead of focusing on character interactions and whatnot.

Finally got around to doing a fairly proper cheat run. Rainbow chests every room for the fifth floor and endgame.  It...
Spoiler: Things got silly (click to show/hide)

Turns out you can one-shot the lich with enough powerups and a railgun. And I don't mean that weird meaning of one-shot where they mean get it in the first try. I mean left clicking three times to see all of it dead.

Also, did you know? If you have enough power-ups and guns, the chests will actually start repeating themselves. Giving you duplicate items, guns you already have (is just ammo, which was pointless in this go 'cause cheating~), etc., etc. It can cause things to get somewhat out of hand. More out of hand, 'cause things have gotten well off the rails to reach that point to begin with, but still. Bullet enlarging is actually something of a downside past a certain point -- I actually couldn't use the serious cannon by the end, ferex, because the cannonballs were too big to spawn. It was a thing.

And... yeah. That item = gun thing is... something to see when you're in a state like in that screenshot. Everytime I used an active the game hung for a little while, and then the screen basically whited out :V Regardless of the actual gun, though some were worse than others. BFG made me think I had actually managed to straight up crash the game, ahaha. Also the projectiles for stuff like the BFG or black hole gun go real damn wonky once they get big enough, apparently.

Anyway. Was fun. Would recommend if you like pretty colors everywhere.

Yeah, was pretty sure of that myself. Rolled with it anyway :V

... anyone know what happens when you ask Siri that?

11092
... so was it the bing search or the an that did it? Or both, I suppose.

... I'm not sure what point you're trying to make, And. Yes, people with different conditions have different sorts of triggers vis a vis subject matter and presentation, if that's the clarification you're trying to make. Hell, two different PTSD sufferers can have radically different ones. And the import of that is...?

11094
No, no. That's good enough.

So many dead bishops ;_;

11095
... and again, that's not what ghills was talking about. Seriously folks, read the words. The aether is not an acceptable substitute :P

Also, yeah, in most cases you're not going to have any bloody clue whether there actually are PTSD sufferers or just "typical SJWs" in the audience you're addressing. Which is why you preface with warnings when it's appropriate. Trying to help the former live in a world that isn't quite so much a ruddy minefield is the major reason you have people advocating for those warnings, as well.

Does... does that have anything to do with what ghills typed? Other than mentioning movie ratings, anyway.

Maybe I'm just not noticing things, but the only shots I've noticed are the ones mentioned in my previous post. A certain amount of jiggling and cleavage are just normal though, to the extent that removing it would be 4kids-tier censorship. I mean, anime art doesn't always go for realism, but why criticize it when it does represent things accurately? Warm weather clothing tends to show cleavage, and certain body parts jiggle naturally, especially on heavier folks.
Okay... yeah, you're not noticing things. I've watched the first ep now, and... lemme' break this thing down for you, pointing out the stuff where we're not just talking anime art, but deliberate stylistic choices intended for cheap titillation. It... it's plentiful. Also note as per OW, I'm not saying it's a bad thing (at all, mostly), but... yeah. This is noticeably intentional fanservice, and it's pretty constant.

... episode wasn't all that bad, really. And that breakdown was kinda' fun, too. I could see doing this again.

Ah. Was coming across as implying only fanservice (i.e. the series could have no other redeeming features if labeled ecchi), so yeah, misunderstanding squelched.
