3x as many referees to contact though, so it doesn't save you anything really.
See, the mistake you're making here is thinking they're actually going to contact all 9.

From what I understand talking to folks that hire, it's fairly often they don't even call all three when that's all they're asking for. Sometimes they don't even contact the references at all. References are admittedly often used to talk to previous employers, but they're sometimes just there as another way to pare applicants off.

Tried to update opera a little bit ago. Or rather, did. Apparently things have changed a lot from the classic version. Almost every single ounce of it bad. My initial response was something that would have fit right into the rage thread (and almost hit the WTF one, but.. there was enough of a notable vulgarity to other word ratio (i.e. something like 1 in 10 of the characters that would have made the post was dedicated to swearing) I realized that was probably a bad idea), but now I'm just kinda'... kinda'. Some goddamn idiot took one of the best browsers on the market and decided to make it another chrome (i.e. complete shit). Like, it literally uses the chrome:// address thing to access the settings. And it, just. Apparently I'm now going to be using the last version of opera that's not just a reskinned chrome, at least until I get around to figuring out if another browser works as well. S'just. You build a rapport with a piece of software, you know? It's good, it's functional, it does what it needs to. It's like a good tool, that's been reliable for you for years. And then someone goes and shoves a steam powered oscillating cactus up its rectum. And you're sitting there staring at its bleeding, mangled code dripping out on the floor and just wondering why. Why would someone do that.

E: Also, to anyone I have recommended Opera to in, like, the last year or something. I am very, very sorry. Consider giving version 12.18 a try -- opera's classic versions, of which that is the latest and the last, are actually decent. The version numbers past that are chrome, reskinned, and just as terrible as chrome because of it. But I'd probably more strongly recommend just not using the browser. Something that screws up that badly should not be rewarded even obliquely.

Only when it collapses into a stable democratic waveform instead of the politically subatomic equivalent of a mile wide kegger happening on top of a mixed napalm, willy pete, and devil's venom storage site.

Yes! The second one was alternating factions with a choice between playing a... well, less evil (IG, Eldar, and... maybe SM, too?) and evil (Chaos, orkz, possibly something I'm forgetting) campaign , and Soulstorm's campaign was mostly just DC's again.

Alright, point taken, and yeah the media bashed her really hard on the email stuff.
Not just the email stuff, mind! I think every conversation I've had involving mention of clinton in real life since the start of the primaries has also managed to shove benghazi in there.

Honestly, as near as I've been able to tell so far as face to face goes, those two are almost literally the only things people know about her anymore. Like, you ask someone what's their problem with her, it's those two things and maybe some kind of allegation of corruption the person in question can't actually substantiate to any meaningful degree. It honestly kinda' baffles me the amount of vitriol she gets, considering the other shit american politicians get up to with people basically not even blinking at it.
Also I fixed the typo. There's only one l.

Tiny happy of tiny happiness. Finally got a good excuse to use an image I had apparently been sitting on since '09. Did edit it a little to give proper credit to my teammates, but still. Praise be unto Dominions 4!

... also I have no idea where the base of it actually came from at this point. I think maybe that black butler manga thing? I'unno, it's been the better part of a decade since I first clumsily jammed words into it. Also it doesn't really matter and I don't actually care so huzzah!

Ahahaha... aky, aky. All of the expansions had that :P

Also I guess DoW2 had that too, eventually. Sorta'. Maybe not so much neat, but it was definitely there.

Well, I'm completely squished now, and apparently the game won't even let me keep watching in order to give better (if still mostly useless :V) advice. And so, my parting words!

things like Nekopara that are the essential equivalent of porn novels.
Nekopara is the literal equivalent of a porn novel. The steam version is censored :V

Soul is the thing that my brain does.
If my brain is damaged, it can no longer soul properly.
If my brain is disassembled , it can no longer soul at all.
If my brain were then reassembled, it would presumably then be able to soul again.
The mechanism by which my brain souls is not fully understood, but this will likely.change in the future.

Are those some acceptable definitions?
Not really? Souly bits are clearly not all the brain hypothetically does, nor does brain damage necessarily entail souly malfunctions. It's pretty easy (well, relatively speaking) to take a hard knock to the noggin' and just no longer be able to not piss yourself, ferex, no personality changes (save the entirely expected ones, that have nothing to do explicitly with the damage itself, caused by regularly soiling yourself) involved.

It'd be more like,
Soul may be a thing that my brain does.
If my brain is damaged, it's possible it will no longer soul properly.
Rest as previously, except that annoying period between likely and change is purged in fire and bloodshed and your family cursed unto the tenth generation for your sin. Gotta' keep dat shit holy text appropriate.

As for more common Pokemon in hell... nothing but Lv.100 Metapods.
No, no... level 100 abras. Presumably with some sort of item or trait or modified teleport that guarantees they go first and doubles or triples the duration of their animations.

Are you sure something can get knocked down without dying? Cause I don't remember that happening and can't find an example. Especially since most units appear to be vehicles.
You could actually upend units entirely in TA, nevermind stuff that came after it. It was fairly astoundingly difficult to do, because most of the weapons capable of doing it were significantly more likely to just explode whatever got hit, but it could happen. Can't say how possible it was in successor games (save spring, where the better engine made it much easier to code, even if not many people did so far as I can recall), though, as I haven't played much Supcom and no PA.

... also, pretty much every TA line game is roughly half as much mech (i.e. humanoid-ish robot) as it is vehicle, at least insofar as land based units go. Honestly, I'm kinda' wondering if you've actually played any of the games if that's the observation you made :-\

11339
That would make some sense!  Thanks. Pretty sure I've heard of AP before (and most of the uncertainty is coming from this headache, really), so I'm not quite as mildly confused now. Can't really recall what sort of reputation it has, though. Eh.

Except it's clearly not when you're already assuming the (at least general) validity of things like the bible. It's just got the standard issues of reporting involved with anything that concerns the afterlife and whatnot.
