The probable issue from a punitive standpoint is more that they're generally contributed, i.e. the fine wasn't really dinging the person's personal funds. Probably sorta' like fining a company for an individual CEO's unrelated fraud scheme or somethin'.

Man, if the american public got a dollar for every time one of our politicians did something hypocritical and/or worked directly or indirectly with criminal and/or terrorist groups, the citizenry would be a hell of a lot richer.

Wonder what bit of graft that guy slipped up on, though. We've got plenty of people still alive that did what that guy did and worse that just kinda' stroll around, so one can only assume he slacked on the corruption. Or just was a dem, I guess.

If you've never tried sliced ham and cake icing, you've never been properly depressed.

(Or pregnant. Or both.)
Now, see, sliced ham and icing I can see, especially if it's actually decent quality. Sweet ham is generally amazing, and that's really mostly just brown sugar glazed ham. which is great I've done it with cinnamon/brown sugar glaze and it was goddamn epic

This was canned pork and beans cooked into a pound cake.

Pork and bean pound cake. It is exactly what it sounds like. There's one in the other room awaiting the icing.

Why.

I mean, I know, it's to eat, and apparently that sounds appealing to someone out there, but.

Why.

Tellin' yu mang, it's hypno-trump. Neither rays nor wizardry, just hypnotism.

Don't know, ahaha. Some other things you might consider, though... bumping one of the multipliers (it's either gold or productivity/resources, iirc, though I've forgotten which one) in world gen will also net you more D income from Ermor's capital site (MA ermor, at least), if my memory's not failing me. Also probably run 75% magic sites, and possibly consider something like chocolate sites for extra magic sites and more useful ones... you're going to need a lot of D income to pull it off (or leaning hard on indies, which is a notably inconsistent plan) regardless if you're trying it as MA ermor, since you need the D for both your researchers (which are honestly kinda' crap as researchers -- very expensive in terms of gems for the RP) and the burden itself and investing enough into said burden it doesn't get squished ASAP and more or less everything else you have to do in the interim.

If I had to guess, your optimal path would be picking up some air (or something of similar intent, fire, maybe astral or blood at an extreme stretch -- you're after low construction research boosting items) and then using that to boost your lowest cost researchers (which are also your most gem efficient, iirc)... maybe even dip into enchant as well, to summon revenants to hold research items, if that's cheaper than summoning your native research fodder (which I don't remember if it is, so... yeah). Ideal would be playing a disciple game or trading with another nation for research boosting items and/or death gems, so you can skimp on mage turns and whatnot.

More than that, I couldn't help y'much. Not much for the raw number crunching part of the calculations involved in the question, heh.

Trump has stated that he wants to choose a political insider for his VP pick. Which is a smart move, but how is that going to sit with his supporters?
"All glory to the Hypno-Trump?"

... it appears I sent the .trn file instead of the .2h last turn. Whoops >_<

Also apologies for running it so close to the deadline for the nth time. Power outages, few other things. Been a rough few days/weeks.

Doesn't look bad, though. Just... maybe not good.

As for DW, it looks fine for a 2D space 4X -- Maybe not Galciv or whatev', but better than Space Empires. Almost certainly fancier than dominions 4 by most folks' appraisal. If you really want to know, just check out some screenies or vids, there's more than one LP for the game out there.

E: Also, some of the best damn looking games out there were made in the early to mid 90s. There was some hella' impressive spritework done in that era :P

Best home of opposite century, too. Few other states could stretch an annual special event over a full hundred years of consecutive days.

They definitely seem to net some from exploring! Or at least province exploring, I didn't get around to checking if free explore netted it, too. Dunno about anything else, but it's definitely dungeon crawling and exploring. City leading, emissary work, and on-site assisting all seem to not give XP, though.

As for what it does...

... I don't actually know. I think it may effect dungeon exploration percentages? Possibly duel chances and whatnot. Would be my guess, anyway.

Let me know if there's anything in particular I can do on my end. The log-thing in the game folder for the battle engine doesn't seem to be terribly helpful, heh.

Couple things so far with the latest... mana node quest loop seems to still be happening, so the bugfix declaration in the release notes might be a little premature on that one, heh. Annnd it'd be nice at some point in the indeterminate future to get a message from free exploration when there's, well. Nothing left to explore, fog of war wise. Turn 76, by the by. Medium map, grey wizard and enough towns to make my follower income slightly silly. by that turn I had 23 followers set to explore :V

Also might want to tone back the free explore at some point in the future, or at least add recall transit times for when the followers roam way out, or something along those lines. There's usually somewhat of a limit with province exploration distance (or at least it seems blocked by intervening water), but the free exploration just... kinda' goes on out there. Eventually reveals the entire map, even if you don't roam very far from your tower otherwise. Not exactly complaining, but it would make sense at some point to make it so really far out explorations, distance wise, has consummate time/risk costs. Deeffiiinitely not a priority, but maybe something to consider, design wise, down the road.

Html5 is coming for your browser's ass, my friend :3

I just flat out don't let opera run plugins or javascript, most of the time. It doesn't stop html 5 video ads.

... actually haven't really figured out a way to stop those goddamn things, at least on opera. Haven't looked very hard (i.e. at all), but still.
