its entire purpose would be correcting improper apostrophe usage and praising hypnotoad

My immediate thought was to just bomb out a nice sized boss arena on the surface. Corruption can't get to you if you've blown up several screens of terrain.

It'd take some muns, but if spawn rate's boosted that much you should be able to get plenty of gold to buy the stuff up.

um, just be real careful with that 'cause it can fuck your blood sugar up pretty hard

if it's working it's working just... be aware

A lot of this smart stuff really just silly.
Yesterday I silently mumbled and grumbled to myself when I saw my supermarket is selling smart feeders and waterers for cats and dogs, special offer for Animal Day.

If you're too lazy /too busy too feed animals twice per day, don't get a pet.
Eh, they can help with consistency that can be good for pets, actually. It's something that can be beneficial even for folks that can otherwise manage feeding/etc. Something that both helps the pet and lets the person focus more on other aspects of pet care isn't a silly thing, y'know?

I mean, that sounds pretty fun with a few mods (particularly rpg ones) running, but, uh. Vanilla? Eeehhh...

One day modloader will catch up, and then we'll get to see how quickly the game crashes with zenith spawn rate on top of some of the mod spawn boosting items. That should be fun!

Those are the hair pully thingies, right? *checks* yeah, yeah they are

apparently they are less painful than waxing, but, y'know

that's like saying a kidney stone is less painful than giving birth, technically correct in the most unhelpful of ways

they did, but then they just kept breaking mod compatibility going anyway

???

it's not even a question? It's song_game_27_3_12, by Toady One. The theme song for the community comes from the game.

e: I think this is the closest I've found on youtube for it; the thing I have on my personal music playlist came straight from the game files back in 2012

e2: Checking the current version, looks like it's been swapped over to song_game.ogg. song_title.ogg would probably work, too. We don't have to have a single theme song, we've been running enough seasons to have more than one opener.

i mean, you're talking about wangs, so presumably a jack saw is a saw you masturbate with

the exact mechanics of this is left as an exercise to the viewer

please consult your doctor before attempting anything related to this subject

It's less like actual snow and more like static.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Specifically, at least in my case, it's like TV snow/static (is where the term comes from) mixed with a soap bubble or that iridescent shine on spilled oil, at like 90-95% transparency or whatever.

One thing that image doesn't help get across is that it never stops moving (the other big thing is that it's not nearly so undifferentiated -- colors can group up, move around like you see on a bubble, etc.). If you're born with it and it doesn't come and go, you will have never experienced a time where the things you see were actually still. You just flat out don't have a lived experience for visual stillness.

... also it's quite beautiful, generally. Sometimes distracting and it takes some getting used to even if you're born with it (I was absolutely terrified of darkness for most of my pre-teen years, because it 100% looked like there were giant amoeba like blobs floating in it and I was scared they would eat me), but beautiful. I've spent time waiting for stuff just staring at walls before, it's like you've got a screensaver in your brain.

visual snow in the dark is when it's at its most vibrant

all the pretty swimmy colors (if you get multicolor anyway, some poor bastard out there probably has monochrome and my condolences, it's much better with a good color selection), shame about seeing other stuff

who needs psychedelics when you've got that stuff, though, 24/7 hallucinations just add water (so you don't dehydrate and die)

What are the common themes and/or repeating patterns in your dreams?
The only one I've noticed is that the ones I remember when I wake up tend to be pretty damn awesome. They're all over the place in terms of content and style, otherwise. Sometimes they're animated, even. They don't really do repeats, but sometimes they'll reference old dreams, or pick up where one left off. I've had multi-episode dream sequences spread over a period of time before, though I've forgotten any details by this point.

... it's one of the precious few bits of my biology I don't basically actively hate, really -- dream brain has just about always had my back, even the nightmare adjacent stuff trends impressive.

There should be a golf course where the goal is to hit the water hazards.

Maybe this link ?
https://archive.org/details/rockstar-classics
That works. Hopefully no viruses were installed in the process.
For what it's worth, as far as I'm aware archive.org is fairly legit; they're the Wayback Machine folks, and an actual archival non-profit that's been operating out in the open for a couple decades now. You do want to do some diligence before doing anything with their stuff (there's moderation, and they try to stick to legal material, but uploads are also done by whoever cares to sign up, so things can slip through), but as such things go they're more reliable than your average abandonware site or whatev'. Their software collection's relatively anemic, though -- their big mojo outside the internet archival stuff is in text and music.

E: Though, uh, be careful if you go wandering around anything with images involved (e.g. the comic books section). There's a decent pile of NSFW material in there, too.

From what I understand, there's still point in getting the booster, yeah. Helps keep from getting it again or something like that. Think you're supposed to wait for a bit, but I don't quite recall. Touch base with your general practitioner or whatev' if in doubt.
