*Because, let's be honest, it's an unsexy word that's on the clumsy side of pronunciation and biomancy or one of its variations is much more attractive, or any of the fairly prolific other word combinations with similar intent but better construction.

Oh, I know it's tiny by industry standards, but this is coming from R&D and there's a fair amount left over, which is what makes me curious.

300 gold is hilarispensive :V Particularly without sacred cutting down the upkeep. The price hasn't changed between games. Especially for something with the lore master's stats, though... they're basically terrible at everything at that price with their numbers, despite how high they seem. Ruddy things aren't quite a trap, but they're close to one. Better if you've got a means to deal with the age malus, but they're still more or less a luxury or desperation good, not something you'd really want to use. Too old, too expensive upfront for what they're probably going to be capable of, no sacred means they're too expensive on the back end, too. Too flimsy to really use as a battlecaster, paths probably too low to do much as a ritual caster. Maybe some forging utility, but again the old age is likely to kill 'em before they're really able to produce much. Age brings the same problem to research, not to mention their little brothers (sages, though I don't think the council gives access to 'em) are notably more rp/gold efficient, as well as younger (though still old, which is a problem). They're just kinda' iffy as a unit.

... 3k income means you've won the game, though, unless it's buggeryhell huge (and probably even then, really). If you've got that much, you should be able to just spread temples everywhere and domkill the map, assuming you don't drown everything in bodies. Though that is more effort to pull off in D3. D4's repeat recruitment makes chewing through gold en masse a lot easier, heh. But yeah, if you've got that much coming in you don't really need to worry about cost efficiency or effectiveness or... anything, really. Screw around with whatever, at that point the only way you're going to have consequences for your actions is if you're playing vs. a similarly sized human player

I technically never graduated myself, I got equivalancy though. And Olwga just dropped out herself.

Technically graduated highschool -- got the diploma and whatnot -- but I spent the last semester or two teaching myself the last half of senior year over at the local adult school, which I transferred over to ("drop over" instead of out). Best few months I had during the whole lower education period, heh. Was good, high school was a half step from driving me completely and literally insane.

Just buy a goldfish and drown it in the toilet. All the experience of having a kouhai, none of the murder charges.

... crusader of centy has the most strangely chill music for the inside of an apparently active volcano. Outside's fairly active, inside's basically weirdly smooth smooth jazz. It's vaguely offputting...
