Somebody stole the wifi antenna for one of the public computers. Not the adapter, they just stole the antenna. So much random shit gets stolen around here. It baffles me. What the hell would you possibly need with a $2, inch and a half long screw-on antenna?
This may be your fundamental conceptual issue. You seem to be assuming people only steal what they need. Or can use, I guess. Sometimes you steal the shiny just to steal the shiny. Metaphorically shiny, anyway. It doesn't actually have to be shiny. Just there. And stealable. There's just this magpie like draw to things that can be pocketed. Some people, some times, cannot resist the allure.

no, i don't have a license plate enclosure that once belonged to who the hell knows sitting in my room, why do you ask?

I will say in robotech's favor the books are surprisingly engaging. There's actually nearly two dozen of the things.

Just finished eating four slices of cinnamon toast and a PB&J&Cinnamon sammich. It was dessert and lunch all in one.

*shrugs* Why not? I mean, hell. It's a musical. Those don't have to make sense. Or need a reason. They usually don't make sense, and have a reason that boils down to, "Because we fookin' could m8."

THE SHEEP JOKES RETURN

Also, ITT: We argue over who will be annexed first by glorious Rock of Gibraltar
No matter how fervently you call yourself that, the sheep will not be impressed. They've seen the truth, and it 'tis but a woolly pebble.

... one of the better things about making cinnamon glazed chicken is apparently making cinnamon toast out of leftover glaze. Omnomnonom.

More like pointedly and intentionally forgot. It would be tied.

Then why is the kid on death row and not the incestuous mother/father/lover ?
Incest generally isn't illegal (in and of itself -- it sometimes manifests as illegal acts, but if it's between consenting and competent adults...), and when it is it certainly isn't a capital crime :P

And probably not in the case in question, gig, no.

Plot twist: the attorney is his mom.
That's one solution, but I think it works better if the attorney is his dad.  Or, (possibly unrequited) lover.
Why not all three?

Have you used the original XBox controller?
Those are just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are at least a dozen other poorly designed official controllers too. (3rd party almost always being worse.)
I've seen both. I've used the xboxhueg controller, extensively. My statement stands.

Jaguar is a close second, though. Still second, but barely. Everything about that steam controller looks unpleasant to me. Shape looks less comfortable than the freaking xbox one, there's no proper d-pad, cardinal sin of not having a stick on the right side (for ease of use of d-pad and stick at same time. Also only one stick! Twinstick shooter says "M'rekt, boss! *dies dramatically*"), they put a freaking mouse in it (faintly understandable considering the intended console, but uuuuuggggghhh), they put the mouse where the buttons should be, only four main buttons (you need more buttons, damnit! Six buttons! Six! The six main button controller has been out longer than you've been in existence, steam! It's a good gorram idea!). It, just. Everything about it is basically anathema.

It tries to do too much, I think.

Semi-relevant: Valve's Steam Controller just went available for pre-order.
... that is quite possibly the least appealing controller I've ever seen.

Morally? Are you serious, is that all that you have? the self-determination right depends on your moral instead of in the international laws? I see how democratic and rational you are.
You keep spouting about international law and not providing any sexy legal code. C'mon, critter mah critter, give us some o' dat legal text. Owlbread even explicitly asked once already -- it'd be pretty useful info for someone that's in a state that's working towards independence.

Or someone else, even. Last I checked (which is, being fair, quite a long time ago) international law is quite heavy on the recognition of existing sovereignty, but it's fairly mum on secession (so long as it's not violent, anyway). It'd be nice to know what's on the metaphorical (and literal) books.

On one hand, char as the main character sounds kinda' awesome.

On the other, I can't help but feel we should warn them to lock away their underage daughters. I mean, it's too late now, but...

Bingo. If there's an actual Nunya, Arizona, I've never heard of it.

And yeah, more or less EB. If it's allergies, they couldn't tell.

I am reasonably certain that having access to clean water is part of the human rights that guarantee an adequate standard of living. So if you don't have that, that's pretty bad.
If you were responding to me, the water around here actually is clean. Like, the vast majority of people in this area have absolutely no problem with it. But for some gorram reason, the local (and by local, I mean roughly all of it in a 300 or so mile radius) water (tap or well) makes that dangly thing in my throat swell up if I drink it for anything approaching an extended period. Somehow, bottled stuff doesn't do that. It actually didn't do that until three or four years ago, too. I have no freaking idea why. The doctors I've talked to have no freaking idea why. So I just roll with it. Other than the plastic pollution and the mildly increased cost, it's not that big of a deal.

And the Arizona is a lie. Florida, actually.
