... maybe take that last bit to PM, IO?

That last bit isn't really a demigod sort of problem, though... that's something inherent to any D&D-style setting, if you're running towards that sort of realism. You don't have to have divine blood in those scenarios to rampage around and slaughter arbitrarily large numbers of "mortals" (i.e. NPC classed fodder) -- pretty much anything with a handful of levels in a core class can do that, template toting or not. A psycho godling going on a rampage would get the local PC classed characters called in just like any other threat on that scale would.

Reminds me of this guy. Lawful Evil god that basically nobody -- including the god itself -- is entirely cognizant is LE. Part of the setting's pantheon of Light (i.e. the metaphysical "good guys"). Has Lawful Good worshipers, even :V

Perhaps the heros are said justice system - the gods have realised the flaw in family control, and are trying to correct their mistakes. or else some mortal agency has taken it upon themselves to do it.
That... actually sounds a lot like Exalted, particularly in regards to the Dragonblooded and Immaculate Order. Semi-divine and mortal forces coming together to  (among other things) police divine and semi-divine beings that have gone out of control.

$100k starting out is basically goddamn fantastic regardless of what the pre-reqs are, in the US. It's roughly double the median household income in this country. Four year degree can be lucky to start out in the 60k range in many industries, iirc, nevermind less than that. It's easily a middle to upper-middle class income in most places (lower-middle to middle in some higher cost of living areas, though), especially if they have a partner that is also working.

... it would be hard to recommend more than a handful of anything that lacked all three of those. Bad writing is universal, S-man's Revelation, etc., etc.

Again, abstenance is the better message to give until they have an internalized sexual idenity, and a sexual impulse that is genuinely theirs.
... which might not happen until their twenties or some crap, well after they've been screwing for a decade.

But eh. So long as that's not all you're doing, whatever. Abstinence can be your primary message so long as you're not dropping the ball on actually teaching people what they need to be safe.

Uh, wierd. Half the point of sex ed is teaching kids to be safe even if they're not "ready" for it. Because kids often turn active a long time before they're mentally prepared for it, and stopping that... doesn't really work.

You start with consent and whatnot early and keep repeating it 'till it sticks. Preferably before they're mature enough to really comprehend the concept, because it's entirely possible they'll start screwing well before that point, too. Even if they don't really grok the concept, every little bit helps.

I doubt that *consent* of all things would be a concept kids are unfamiliar with. And if they are, holy shit, that needs to be rectified ultra fast, that's like Ethics 101 in like 90% of systems.
... you say that like ethics is taught below the college level. I mean, conceptually, I've heard of it happening. As an elective. In a tremendously small minority of schools. Miles and miles away from anywhere I've ever lived. But generally no, not so much. Not in the states, anyway.

Anything regarding morality and whatnot being explicitly taught in US public schools, in general, is just not something I've heard of. It comes in kinda' sideways and incidentally (sometimes), but as part of curriculum or something, not so much.

To be fair, I'd totally give props to a D&D campaign that had Count von Count as the final boss.

Right?
