I don't remember fatigue being so restrictive either. Is this really anti-farmers, because it seems to hurt actual players more than bots.
As I think someone here may have noted, fatigue gets considerably less restrictive after you level up a bit. I roamed around on the priestosaurus rex for quite a few hours today before I ran out, though I admittedly wasn't slamming out the dungeons as fast as I could have.

In contrast, the launcher has ran out in a considerably shorter amount of time. I haven't been paying too terribly much attention to it, though -- I've already got more alts than I have time to play :P

I don't have any objections, EP. Whoever made the thing might care, but I doubt anyone mind some cleanup detail.

And K, it's not resetting at... whenever it resets? Send in a bug report or whatever it is. You could also come join us in the grand land of altitus. Fatigue's per character, not per account.

I figured it was just some kinda' bug, K. Or a troll, but eh.

In other news, the difference between a solo gunner and a gunner duo is insane. Lonesome, dude's getting tore up pretty bad (no deaths, yet, but much pain and many consumables), throw another gunner in the mix and suddenly hard content is just evaporating. Two folks alternating flamethrower and gatling gun, on top of everything else, is just hilarious. Nothing can get close, everything dies. Or just offsetting gatlings or whatever -- this fairly sizable horizontal chunk of the room just becomes dead. Is good.

Partying is hectic and the QP wait can get irritating, but this game's PvE is painfully clearly setup for it.

E: Oh ow. One of the other seemingly fairly vital animator materials is raw mana (which the prof shop mislabels mana crystals), which is... kinda' expensive. Bottle of wind isn't that big of a deal, but that ten stack of low grade elemental crystals...

E2: Oh wow. That's what a creator looks like once it gets rolling. I, uh. I might have to reconsider leveling that critter.

E3: oh jeez, salif on hard with just a creator along for the ride. The ant queen thing died in like literally two to three seconds. That was just silly.

Mmhmm. Or at least the inferior protein oils thing, to produce krugs (one of the lvl 30 puppets -- the first tier lvl 25 ones are mostly trivial to produce.). Also I can totes share the average fighters around, at the very least. Maybe some of the other first level ones later... the recipes are kinda' expensive compared to my funds at th'mo. They only last for a dungeon, but they're a pretty big help.

E: Actually, an auction sell means I've got all four of the base lvl 25 puppet recipes now, if anyone's after 'em. I can make 'em out of pretty much any piece of junk equipment, so they're fairly plentiful.

E2: I think I can actually hear their server(s?) crying. Also all the music is just .oggs in the game's folder. Yoink~

E3: Ooh, six hours and a bit of change worth. That's a pretty hefty amount of sound...

Only the Crusader Priest has a buff worth caring about anyway Frumple...

And to my knowledge he can cast it on the entire party.
Strike's not exactly game changing, but at this point the stats on it are roughly equivalent to another piece of kit, sans maybe the normal attack/defense stuff. Dunno about later on, but right now it's fairly noticeable.

In other news, these puppet things appear to be incredibly cheap, material wise, for things that could viciously ravage my actual character. Like, the average fighter's doing something like 2-3 times the amount of damage per hit that I am, and hitting a lot more. Lasts about two dungeons, too, if you're taking things slow. Not sure how well that pattern's going to maintain going forward, but right now...

E: Yeah, that shuts down right quick. Production chains are going to be the bane of my puppets, it looks like. Or at least on of the alts is going alchemist. Alternately, totes willing to trade a krug for two inferior protein oils >_> Or two for three, whatev'.

On the other hand, Krug is a freaking monster. That's good to know. Which, uh. Again makes me vaguely terrified of what the higher level puppets are like ;_;

Try checking around thrift stores and whatnot? They occasionally have bikes or bike parts on the cheap. Might not be in the absolute best condition, but they're usually still pretty functional, from what I recall.

That requires me to talk to them. And give them things.

I don't think I can do that.

How do you tell if someone likes you?
Could always just up and chuck it at 'em. Then you don't have to talk or give, just randomly assault. And they get skittles to assuage their litigious rampage. Everybody wins!

Or leave it on a table in a mall or library or somethin'. Drop 'em off at a food drive. Give 'em to a teacher. Buncha junk you can do with spare candy you don't want. If you've got a antbed or the like nearby you can play some hellacious pranks with a bag full of unwanted skittles.

As to the edity bit: Ask. That's about your only sure-fire option.

Half of the ones I've got so far have been 3-person, actually. Mostly because that was the second one I've tried >_>

I'm not joking about them making me bleed. Sometimes the numb, raw feeling in my mouth stays with me hours afterwards. Sometimes even for a day or two, and I can't really taste much of anything during that time.
You, uh. You probably shouldn't be eating them, then. That's generally kinda' what people call a warning sign and then, like. Heed?

15055
Ooh, and yeah, the super-armor on basic attack appears to be innate. Doesn't last the full animation or anything, but it's there for a mo'. Just noticed I'm sporadically flickering when I whang things with the axe.

E: Uh, wow. I'm not sure if I do or don't want to do this quickparty thing. On the one hand old streets on hard just got freaking flattened. On the other, it took like... less than two minutes or something. Everything just evaporated, and it was like this hectic rush by everyone to demolish the most things in the least amount of time.

Which was kinda' amazing, but I was too busy running around and murdering to appreciate the scenery. Or really pay attention to what buttons I was pressing. Or anything really, because most of the screen was covered in some variation of death.

Faintly overwhelming ;_;

E: And that was just with three people, 24/26/24 f.fight, m.gun, me. The thought of a high level four person terrifies me.

E2: Seriously, it was just... just. I was running around metaphorically waving my arms around going, "I can buff! Let me buff people!" And their body language was going, "No buffing. KILL" And the little buffbot in my soul was curling up in a corner and crying. It was a thing. They were doing the little door dance and everything ;_;

15056
... wow, I need to stay away from PvP. Those player-like critters on old street just brutalized me ;_;

And yeah skyru, there's been some XP boosts off and on. Also having to run the dungeons 4+ times to get all the quests done 'cause of RNG (freaking ant dungeon took four freaking tries before it spat out moths >_<) or somethin'.

Also cheers. Clears a few things up. Though... does that mean I should, like, not be disassembling stuff and selling it instead?

15057
... plane AoE? Like, up/down? 'Cause the exorcist that's my highest right now has that in swaths. Just the base swing radius is frankly gigantic. Not sure what you're talking about when you say "it", there, though.

The swaths I'm talking about is more the non-combat stuff, though. It's, like. I have a creature tab in my inventory. It has these artifact things. No clue where the creatures are. I have crafting mats! Mostly clueless as to how to use them. I mean, what to use them for, yeah, mostly, but the how still escapes me. When it's a good idea to do those gold card things. All sorts of stuff that's probably explained somewhere I haven't looked yet, ha.

15058
... really feel like I should actually read the game guide or... somethin'. Other than mightily whanging things with my axe, I feel sorta' like I'm missing swaths of the game, heh. Partially due to the whole button situation, I think...

On the other hand, it's time for Priestosaurus Rex to roll out for a bit longer~

E:... though my level outpacing the quests, despite doing more or less nothing but them, is starting to get kinda' irritating.

... yeah, what I've been seeing is pretty impressive, I'm fairly impressed, and I'll see about getting it just as soon as it doesn't cost roughly as much as two to three (or more) weeks worth of food. Hopefully it won't take a dominions treatment to make that happen, heh.

Yeah... wasn't matthew the bit where it said better to cut off your hands and gouge out your eyes than to sin? "Love your neighbor as yourself" can very easily be taken to the point where you're mutilating people out of what you see as love -- better a tortured, mangled, wreck than a damned soul, and praise be unto god if others do the same to you to save your soul from sin.

Which has actually, y'know, occurred in christianity's history. Was one of the theological justifications for the inquisition BS, iirc. Some people have some pretty incredibly screwed up conceptions of love.
