Manifested self-hatred, mostly. It's kinda' like self-flagellation, just liquid.

Red shirt, then. Just because the bleach has decided the shirt is expendable doesn't mean you have to :P

... if nothing else, you can always cut it up to use as rags or whatev'. Cloth est.

17403
Sometimes plastic cracks, or the cap isn't on tight enough. Etc., etc.

As for the shirt, maybe just bleach it the rest of the way? White shirt.

Dunno about coffee, but I can attest to the fact that tea mixed with hot chocolate is goddamn awful. Don't do that. It is terrible.

Made the pizza-stuffed-into-mac&cheese for the first time in a few years. It is as amazing as I remember it to be. It's, like. What makes pizza better is more cheese. The problem with normal pizza, the cheese is largely only on one side of the pizza. Otherwise it's just a terrible mess. This error has been rectified.

E: Also you get to eat your pizza with a spoon, which is just wonderful.

Yeah, when whatever it is locks up, sound for the entire system shuts off. Not just for the program that (seems to) be causing it. It's just that it starts back up when that particular program (usually one of my browsers, after I've been playing flash games or whathaveyou) is closed.

I'd actually see it more along the lines of one of the captain forever games, heh.

But yeah, looks kinda' awesome. Almost certainly won't be backing it, but picking it up a year or two after release during a sale? Hell yeah.

Watch As People Flee In Terror From The Giant Mutant Spider Dog

Think twice about clicking if arachnophobic or don't like pranks.
Looks staged as hell, but amusing none the less. Spiderdog was kinda' cute. Actual terrifying part was some of those camera angles, eesh. Random recording devices set up in perfect positions to look down people shirts and whatnot? Kiiinda' creepy.

All sound on my computer suddenly died. At first I thought it was a YouTube problem, but nothing works.

Oh wow, LOTS of things are borking up now. Da fuq computer?!
Restart not fixing it? The sound on my comp dies fairly regularly, but it kicks back on after I restart/close a few programs. Flash/javascript and/or high memory usage programs in particular seems to lock it up for some reason, especially if I've suspended said programs with any regularity. Comes back when they're closed (well, when enough of them are, usually), but until then sound pretty much just stops working.

Frumple is, unfortunately, correct. When I was assaulted by a coworker in a previous job and tried to report it, my boss gave me two options: I could pursue my complaint, which would likely cause us both to lose our jobs, or I could shut up and we'd both get to keep them.
And that precludes going straight to the police with it as well?
If you want (or, more likely, need) to keep a job, yes. Seriously, if you bring cops into the workplace the management, who decide if you stay on the job are not, are not going to be happy. They are going to be looking for a way to get rid of the problem, which (especially by going over their heads and calling in the police) you are part of -- and to a large extent, insofar as they're concerned, the majority of it. And in the states, they can usually fire you for no reason. Giving them one is generally not how you keep a job.

S'like. Yeah, you could go to the cops. Technically. It'd probably end up costing you notable legal fees and your job. But you could do it. And then lose, y'know, home, health, food, probably a substantial chunk of your hireability, etc., so forth, so on. There's a reason whistleblowers don't do what they do lightly -- anything even remotely resembling it is probably going to shit all over your life. If management doesn't take care of a problem themselves, you're functionally SoL. Lot of times even bringing problems to their attention is risky. Lot of people in management positions haven't internalized the concept of not shooting the messenger.

Yeah, usually glitches can be assumed unless the speedrun is specifically a no-glitch run. Least insofar as I've seen things.

*shrugs vaguely* People have their kinks. Plus some write it just for the hell of it -- mess with people, see if they can craft a scenario in which the situation is actually (at least somewhat) believable (let's be honest, if you can sell a bilbo/gandalf relationship to an even remotely discerning reader, you can sell goddamn anything. It's good writing practice.), etc., so forth, so on. At least nomenclature like that fooXfoo stuff lets them warn readers what they're getting into. Most print novels aren't nearly so considerate, and then you run into an incestuous hermaphroditic orgy in your formerly kind and loving sci-fi and what the hell.

It usually indicates a pairing. As in, y'know. Relationship. Sometimes sexual, usually at-least romantic. If there's no caveats (specified friendship, direct statement of no romance, etc.), it probably means they at least want to get it on.

As KosS notes, really.

... I sincerely hope you're either unaware of or simply intentionally ignoring the normal implications of the fooXfoo pattern.

Probably because putting him in jail was of less concern than staying fed. Maybe also evidence, but calling the cops on a fellow worker, when the management isn't against them? That's a real fast way to get your arse fired. Poisoned cups can be avoided, several months of unemployment as a results of doing something about the poisoner less so. M'fairly sure if MC had the fiscal stability to be able to afford to do something like that, he'd probably be in another part of the country or somethin'.
