But it's not just bored, I've been bored. It's a complete lack of desire to do anything. Boredom can be fixed by doing things, when I'm bored, then I want to go do something to fix the boredom, I don't just want to do nothing and perpetuate the boredom, like what I feel now.
And yeah, outside of medication or dealing with any environmental causes, it's... not easy to deal with that*. Best I've managed is having a locus for action that's... not motivation, or desire to actually do the thing. Which isn't easy to find, or keep going, probably varies from person to person, and is somewhat internally inconsistent as a concept. But... what works. S'just finding what works, which is not what one calls easy. Or simple, or quick, or even maintainable, part of the time.

*Particularly when there aren't any environmental causes. Genetic depression, hoooo!

Hnnnooo, probably not. Well, not just bored. That's more likely a heavy depression symptom, especially if things that previously motivated you (such as, perhaps, games) no longer do. Full blown apathetic/energyless malaise is considerably more than boredom, unfortunately.

That's not what he's saying.

If I take 76,234,839,384, and want to find if it's divisible by 7, then 15,246,967,880 isn't exactly any more helpful.
Right. That. Or just... well, the 364. 112 doesn't really help me any more than 364. 35 would, but only because I know my analog clocks. 14 definitely would, but by that point I've done the process three times and, well...

... well, yes, but that doesn't really help visually identify the number as divisible by seven any faster than a calculator or long division would...

I mean. It's divisible by seven if some manipulation of it is also divisible by seven is... the results has the same problem it's trying to solve.

... 5-600 kbps is more than I get at max, most days :-\

It's half my top speed under best conditions.

And over a hundred times what I've spent most of my life at. Slow-as-fuck is dial-up, you silly :P

If your max is 30 mbps, though, the bottleneck's probably somewhere else. I know nexus limits DLs for non-premium members to like 1 mbps at max, or somewhere along those lines.

... how does that help, exactly? If I'm reading that right, say we took 364 (/7 = 52). Chop off the four, triple 36, you come out to 108. Add 4 and... 112? Or add 4 and 1084? The former is also divisible by seven but I'm not sure how that helps me identify it as such ;_;

There's a few mod managers, it looks like.

... but yeah, if my memory's not failing you mostly just open the zip right over the game files and activate the appropriate plug-in thingies. Make backups of any replaced files, if you're worried. Worst comes to worst you just have to reinstall the game.

Incidentally, if you're looking to do some heavy modding, making a full backup isn't a bad idea. Just copy the main folder and paste it elsewhere, or zip the thing up. If you're running through steam, there's even a built-in backup feature so you don't have to keep re-downloading the whole mess.

Aww, what's so bad about .142857 repeating? Or 0.076923 repeating?

... besides the obvious. Seriously, this is why we made calculators and spreadsheet software, to math hell with doing that junk by hand or head.

ヽ༼ل͜༽ノ Touhou Waits ヽ༼ل͜༽ノ

I don't think you heard her.

ل͜ Kanmusu or Riot ل͜[/color]
Then let us have Riot. Nah, seriously, the positions aren't exclusive. You know there's Touhou/Kanmusu crossovers in our future. It'll be great ♫

+2 agreement points for use of purple, though. It is the best of colors.

Ehn. You want the unofficial patches, at least. Personally, I never really got around to putting in more than natural leveling (which is an incredible boost to fluidity) and regenerating magicka (which makes the spellcasting system considerably more fluid, and the urge to abuse the hell out of alchemy considerably smaller.), with the occasional house-related thing. Just popping over to nexus and browsing the top files (probably by download) will give you a nice list of goodies, though.

greatorder what have you done. That is a rightways-up emoticon made out of ascii characters that actually looks really good. Is ... this a thing I have been missing out on for years?
There's... a few of those. ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ my friends.

So... when you whip out vacation photos, do you take a moment to set the right music playing, first? Make sure to put any video to the correct soundtrack?

Execution and imprisonment are "preventative" in that sense, at least.
Aye, aye, preventative in that sense. Generally deterrents are meant to effect folks beyond the person being used as the example, though.
