... tentative checking tells me that there's at least some places in the US it's not illegal to own a rocket launcher. So... yeah.
How about ceramic knives pressure cooker bombs homemade napalm petroleum police radio frequencies nerve gas recipes?
...hello automatic internet-scanning computer, how has your day been?
*raises finger* I, uh. Actually, I'm not entirely sure
any of those are illegal to have in varying places. Probably in
some places, but not everywhere. Think nerve gas
recipes would be fine, even. Actual weaponized nerve gas, probably not, but it's not like we don't use diluted nerve gas for stuff like pest control so...
Some might be illegal to
use (like the bomb, ferex), but I think even those can be used legally under certain circumstances. Just particular bureaucratic hoops (and probably a nice chunk of change in terms of taxes and permits and whatnot) to jump through to get the all clear.
Just... it's the states, you know? For all the rabid gun nuts complain about gun control, we're
really kinda' open about that sort of thing, overall. You want to fire a RPG, you do your background check, you pay your taxes, you drop the few thou' to get everything together, you get to fire a RPG, so long as it's not at someone, or something someone else owns.
