Skyrunner might be out of the contest, sooo... We'll see.
So... should I just chill for the time being or...?

Also, 'thulhu, something something 2v2? I think you're unfortunately saddled with me for that 'un. If you got a time preference of some sort I might be able to rangle myself onto LoL. Be chunks of the day (GMT-6) I won't be available until thursday night, though.

And... as a general thing, how are we setting up the 5v5s? Been loitering in the DFC steam chat for the last few days, but I'm often fairly distracted and... an actual time would be nice, if it can be managed.

We have/had a music thread here for this stuff... ah well, this works.
We do! It was only on page two. There's a lot of stuff in there. 2848 posts worth.

The stock of a company has a current share price of $13.69 and an annual dividend of $0. Find the current yield of the stock.
Why. Why is it asking me this. Why in the nonexistent gods names has this program asked me this three freaking times in a row? The yield is 0. It was zero the first time you asked. It was zilch the second time you asked. It will be nothing the third.

why is this even a question

I could understand it if the yield value was actually changing! But it's not. It has not budged. What the hell, program? I mean, thanks for the easy grade, I guess? But. What?

E: And then it asks me a forth time. Alright. Jeeves! Fetch the strangling gloves! We go a hunting.

Cheers, folks!

Mmhmm. Sure, chances of being caught are pretty slim, but if you end up getting audited? Enjoy the buggering. It's immensely easy to tell if you're not declaring you tips once they start going over your financial information.

S'kinda like how a lot of people don't, y'know, declare stuff like yard sales, just as an example. All of that? Taxable income.

The real fun thing is that even non-monetary exchanges count. You do someone a favor in exchange for a favor? Say, fix their car and they fix your wall or whatev'? You both just generated income. If you don't appropriately declare that, well...

... those aren't url links. So, y'know. Not the most pointless url link posted.

C'mon people, that's something that'd lose you points on an exam. Shameful, shameful...

So. Wolfeyez and I took down the Golem. It never stood a chance.

What now?
Th'obvious answer is full out multikill. All the bosses. As many invasions as you can trigger at once. At the same time.

Secondary condition: You must fight at least 50% of the battle on top of lava, as spike balls rain from the sky.

Exactly as well as expected in a market that doesn't respond appropriately to market forces (well, more precisely, said market forces aren't expressed as they should be, but whatever). Surprise surprise, you can't interact with the free market appropriately when you're bleeding out or it requires many years of training (that you don't have) to actually know what the hell you're supposed to be looking for, in regards to quality/cost interaction.

Which is to say it isn't, and no one with even the most basic understanding of the free market economy is surprised.

Seriously it's part of freaking high school economy classes. "Some shit just doesn't work" (paraphrased). For the free market to function appropriately it needs certain conditions, which don't -- can't -- apply to emergency medical care and have a bugger of a time applying to preventative. Knowledge and time are up there on that condition list!

Don't give moons to apples; all they do is fight
If you have a moon parochial apple, my parochial apple tastes better

-- What the blazes is this, why in the hell is it in my head, and why in Zeus's name was it being said to be the primary chorus for lyrics to a pipe organ rendition of the doom soundtrack? It wasn't even an actual track! There's not an "he3" level! That's not even the proper format for doom levels! Gwaarrrggggh

It sounded freaking terrible, too. All of it, from the singing (it was high school class-forced-to-sing level, and fairly strident) to the music (painful pipe organ, not good, and not actually recognizable as a doom remix). Why you do this, dream brain? Why?

I don't even remember what the hell parochial means, though google has rectified that

Heresy is delicious. Embrace the anathema and devour its glorious wonder. If this is sin, it is truly the best spice.

... well, in my experience, two ways to make them softer. First, just suck on 'em. They'll soften up after a bit. Treat it sorta' like hard candy.

Second. Let 'em get kinda' stale.

Least going by wikipedia, you might try the deep fried ones instead, too. I've always had the crispy ones, m'self. I loves 'em, but I can't get them very often. When I do, I tend to, like. Eat them. And it's generally not the best of things to eat a pound or more of dehydrated sugary banana inside a day or two.
