That link goes strange places for me, so... just in case, I'm fairly sure that's Star Ruler. There's a thread on the forum somewhere.

Nah, that's pretty easy. You just get a good grip on the legs and get some momentum going. Spin spinity spin, y'ken?

Admittedly it's more a violent bludgeoning at that point than a slap, but... whatever. You could stick them in one of those oversized foam hand things first, with a little hole in the palm so the mullet sticks out. Then wham! Permanent spinal damage.

EDIT : by the way, we do the 35/34/30 % split, as told in the end ?
I actually kinda' liked the 30/30/30 with remainder (minus expenses, perhaps) going into a shared account idea, if you and Nico (uh... who are you on the forum again, Nico?) don't mind it.

Incidentally re: loot: Would it be possible to run armorer checks to swap mods between/from pilfered weapons? Like say moving the sound suppression from the ingram to... anything else, really. Maybe swapping some of the smartlink systems into the weapons of folks that don't have 'em, stuff like that. Jack's got a small tool shop (which may or may not qualify for that sort of thing) and is a little karma expenditure from being able to manage to plain manufacture of most of the stuff we've got on other items, if I'm reading the arsenal stuff right (p128 or so). Might be able to do a little upgrading, heh.

Shame about the no-kitbash thing, though. Totes do some greenskin representin' and strap all those streetline specials to the shotgun or somethin', hohoho.

Naah... it makes a certain sort of sense in certain contexts. I mean. The context it came into the thread about, ferex. Nature's weird, man. Alien nature is weirder. Alien nature under the creative impulses of the sort of thingperson that drives tentacle related shenanigans... weirder yet. Then there's the more toxic stuff that involves control loss or whatever but... eh. GIGO, et al.

Nothing fancy. Alien pollen causes spontaneous horizontal tango. And not, y'know, on the wall or whatever. Well. Vertical tango if it's on the wall, whatev'.

Basically spanish fly, only xenos. Or fancy magic plant or undiscovered whatever in the congo or etc., so forth, so on. Variations on that theme.

I... wouldn't call it among the most common. Even a great deal of lemon type stuff seems to have... somewhat more class than that. Or less justification. Either/or. Least among the stuff I've hit over the years.

It's definitely not uncommon, though, and it's definitely a strong trope in fanfiction and certain genres of other media (coughdoujincough). Varying mind effecting substances resulting in many different things (sexual or otherwise) is a pretty common kickoff point for fanfiction. Potentially good way to kick the hornet's nest, so to speak.

... potentially, anyway.

That's odd. There's a comedy program I watch sometimes, and despite the frequent crude jokes (commentary is provided by a mix of comedians, has-been celebrities, and TV personalities) they're usually very good at referring to transexuals by their preferred genders. You'd think a "serious" show would be better than that :/
If you think law & order is a serious show, even of the scare quote variety, I don't quite know what to tell you Siri. It has more in common with penny actor pornography than anything of merit.

... though that's probably speaking poorly of penny actor pornography :-\

I've seen... entirely too much of L&O in passing. Watching any of it has categorically worsened my life. It makes me want to strangle its director(s), most of the time. The rest of the time, it just makes me leave the room. In case you can't tell, I rather dislike the show.

It was going so mundanely until Frumple opened his mouth and let loose a wonderful terrible idea. The old door-to-door salesman gambit. Latest innovation in kidnapping!

Saddest of sad things.

It worked. well sorta'

But yeah. Was fun! Went disturbingly smoothly, with an ending that wasn't as terrible as I was expecting. Jack doled out entirely too much murder for a dude with a pistol skill of 1. I'm still waiting for the other RNG/plot shoe to drop, haha.

Mm... depending on the area and the time, driving at night can be... pretty alright. Especially at like, 2-5 in the morning, or thereabouts. No traffic. Peace. Probably not as peaceful in larger areas, though. Eh.

Physiology probably has something to do with it, Hans. S'like I said, I can't tread water... do exactly what Soli listed out (and a couple variations on that theme over the years), actually had a couple goes where there was someone literally there moving my limbs in the apparently correct way, and... still sunk. Treading just doesn't seem to work for me. Expand outward to other forms of water interaction and, welp.

And yikes, Vec. I did almost drown when I was much younger (during swimming lessons, of all things ::)), but fortunately managed to come back from it without anything permanent. Is shame to not be able to, really. Swimming around under the water is pretty great :(

Now, boats... boats kinda' terrify me. Riding in them, anyway. Ruddy bullfrogs.

That's already in the game, though I forget the buttons you press to do it. You do something like that with tach lances already. Dunno about other stuff.

Artillery carrier. Hull mounted, irremovable tach lance, maybe two small mounts for PD work, couple flight decks. I'd be all over that.

Swap the lance out for something kinetic and oversized and it'd be... nice, too.

... plain artillery ship of some sort wouldn't be too bad, either. Something built around a honking huge gun and not much else to it.
