... in one of those buildings behind the trenches?

Yeaah... it's been pretty consistent, so far. For whatever reason, the non-english europeans seem to have better video game voice actors than the general english-speaking VA pool. Semi-hard to get a hold of stuff that's got subtitles, but I've definitely been using them when they're available.

Dungeon Siege 2? Ten times better with russian (or german, been a bit since I played and I don't remember which it was) voice overs and english subtitles.

Generalized names, huh. Maybe name them like people tend to name livestock, after various types of food the thing could be turned in to. I figure the poison rat could be named Stew.

Non-organic stuff could be named after kitchen appliances or somethin'.

And to warhammer 651, I believe frumple requested the sniper squad specifically first, which is the black based one.
Nah, the black based one's, uh. Well, the one warhammer's claiming, it was colored that way in the initial map. I can't even remotely tell which one has the sniper, but I'm guessing it's not that one :P If it's going in order from top to bottom, then I've got the squad on the north side of the south trench.

Speaking of which, if we're getting unique colored bases based on who's in command, I call dibs on purple.

Theoretically, you could get some folks together and go win tournaments and such. That's not going to happen. You're not good enough, and won't be.

Practically, you don't. Shoulda' just asked here and saved your $0.04 :P

PM me an email to send the thing to and it'll be on its way, if someone hasn't beat me to it.

Cliche is irrelevant when construction is sufficient.

What... what does things like Gau or Gogo (or the Yeti, I guess?) count as? Considering Gau's mimicry can do shit like let him breath pearl and crap, I'd imagine that counts as something more than mundane :P

Probably a couple things I'm forgetting, too...

The first... I'd almost swear I've seen that before. Possibly more than once.

Fairly sure the second's been done, too, actually (the gotcha' twist specifically rings bells), but variations on a motif are cool, too.

Y'all should just make an entire "giving away DOTA2 keys" thread. There's enough of them floating around to warrant it :P
Yeah, they're also apparently selling them on steam's marketplace thingy for, like, two cent. But hey, there's still some to spare if someone doesn't want to bother with the pair o'penny-equivalents.

Plates are for licking, Darvi. Plates are for licking.

Also, using a plate helps catch the delicious sauces and stuff that squeeze out. Then you can either lick it up or throw it into some other food source and mix.

Yeah, still not normal, but definitely recommended. I do now have a terrifying urge to go to a sit-down pizza joint, order a pizza, specify not to cut it, and then just sit there, fold the thing in half, and start munching. I'd bet an arbitrary amount of nonexistent currency it'd draw some hella' funny looks.

And that it would be delicious. And unfortunately expensive. I could probably buy five or six slightly smaller pizzas and cook them at home instead, sadly.

Huh. Topping side in or out? The latter sounds messy, but hey, that can be fun, too.

'Cause yeah, stuffing things on top of a pizza and then folding it in half and eating it like a sandwich is a pretty... well, normal isn't the right word, but it's not a stretch of imagination. I've certainly done that.

Splat would be a good name for a bug with a death wish. Insecticide? Misenthropy? Not sure what the insect version of misanthropy would be. Something along those lines. Let's get some fatalistic self-hatred going for the meatchitinshield.

There's proggies and junk that can recover error codes and wotnot, I do believe. Hunt those down, find out what's causing the BSoD, then fix it (if it's fixable). Last time I had that happen it was some kind of conflict or gods-know-what caused by something windows updated automatically and a rollback fixed it. Might be something of similar nature, but you won't know 'till you actually check, yeah?
