S'somewhat harder to find work at night. And education and stuff. And a lot of the good nice things that happen in an area (concerts, etc.) tend to happen, well... often at night, but fairly early in it.
You might have decent luck in a large enough area, but by and large the majority of our species is unfortunately diurnal, so there's not much support infrastructure for those otherwise inclined. Good damn luck finding non-higher education at night, though. Probably have to home-school or go online for that.
Seriously, if it were easy to stay functioning and fed on a nocturnal waking pattern I would have said "Screw off" to that goddamn daystar a long time ago
