I now have a cranial fracture.
Help.
Now, I'm not a doctor, so take that into consideration.
But given the situation you've described, I think you need to take the nearest comfortably sized, but heavy, thing and hit yourself a few (more) times in the head with it. With any luck, that will widen the fracture enough your brains spill out, saving you from having to exist with the memory of that program. If you're unlucky, you'll just get brain damage and amnesia, but with any fortune it will be fatal.
Good luck, and god speed.
Yes, I am joking. Mostly.E: And in actual rage news, I apparently forgot to clean out the folder Oblivion was in before re-downloading it and making a backup, after I cocked up mod installation so badly the game broke beyond my ability to fix. Which meant that when I installed it for a second time, it still had whatever caused the initial buggerup to occur mixed in with the new stuff, and those files got carted along into the backup. The upshot of this
colossal fuckup is I'm getting to download Oblivion for the
third time in a 24 hour period.
Bloody hell FCOM. Why are you such a raging pain in the ass to install? Morrowind mod installation was much simpler than this bullshit

But, whatever. I carry on. Sometimes computer use just means being more stubborn than an inanimate object.
