Ok is this REALLY a dragon simulator? >_<
Possibly not intentionally! But it's a pretty good one anyway, I'd say. At least comparatively so, though the field of games with a dragon as the main protagonist is somewhat, uh. Slim. Especially that isn't something like Spyro.

Still. It's one of the closest video game expressions I've personally played that manage to get a feeling of 'dragon, rawr' across, from the puny wyrmling to the towering ancient. It's fairly impressive for that, at least.

Dat last level, man. Dat last level.
Inferno is incredible ♪

Not sure what the other colors get, though.

Kinda' wish I had money to throw at 'em. If only to help get some more stragos theme remixes into the world :-\

Clean up after you're done and give some warning, so I can be somewhere else. That's all I ask. Generalizes to most potential irritations roomies can come up with, honestly.

I generally go for the bloody-minded murder of everything for coins and dragon orbs. One thing to keep in mind is that corpses don't rot, so if you win a fight with a good amount of health, leave the body for later.
This, mostly. Early on you'll be living from corpse to corpse, but after you get a few levels in you (and probably pick up devour) you can usually go through a few critters before needing to eat something to heal. This dovetails nicely with starting to be more picky about what you eat to get the desired stat boost.

Incidentally, I like the narrative the mechanic makes... early on, you're flimsy and hungry, barely surviving from kill to kill. As you grow older and stronger, you become increasingly particular about what you eat and when, no longer quite so reliant on your stomach's whims. It's neat.

Lastly I have no idea what you mean by not as profitable.  I guess something would be less profitable if it didn't work?
That probably falls somewhere into the "medicine but not being provided" bit. A great deal of doctors are pretty damned notorious for pushing the most expensive method of treatment. They'll usually back off if the patient is proactive about it (such as asking for generics rather than named brands, as a base example), but first offer and primary suggestion tends not to aim for effective and least expensive, but effective and most expensive. Even when there's no or nearly no difference in effectiveness.

At times, you have to flat out go somewhere else to get an equally effective treatment -- or even slam identical one -- for a lower price. This would be an example of an effective treatment not being provided in favor for a (more) profitable one.

It's an easy thing to miss. Did you check the treasure room? You have to dig a bit.

If it's not there, then yeah, something broke. IRC folks can probably walk you through fixing it, though!

Aye, grushy's. Those barracks levels are pretty much what would happen if you stuck an adventurer party and an orc ambush in a small room with you. It can get pretty hilarious.

Definitely Vor Armory first, though you'll probably want to avoid the room of death on the first go, even as a solipsist. Then do briagh and go back west and a nab up all the backup guardians. Pride wise, I tend to clear out everything else before I start on them, but not really go about it in any order except doing the warrior on (north west 'un) last. I generally find if I can take one of the other ones, I can take all of the other ones. Warrior one gets special consideration because its little entrance-area levels can be flipping death traps.

And yeah, Ziguranthi are terrible people in a lot of ways. Attempting redemption of an arcane user would probably get you flayed or something. They've got a nominally noble goal (preventing a second cataclysm, basically) but their methodology is horrific ♫

Arcane users have their own problems, heh. Especially that 'end of the world' bit looming down the line :P

And haha, yes, to the spoilers. The player is actually a terrible person. Pretty much regardless. You're not so much a 'good guy' as you are violently and efficiently reinforcing the status quo. It's actually one of the things I love about T4... it manages to get that across, that the good you're doing isn't an objective good, but rather a 'good for your people', most of the time.

But they're CUTE! *stamps foot and pouts*
Cute and delicious. That's better than just cute! Which would make them somewhat better than cats, really. Cats are merely cute and edible.

Anyway, the answer is to have a pet breeding pair of pigs and eat their children. It's the humane course.

Also, wild pig tends more toward the vaguely monstrous than cute. You could eat just those ones!

Gods, yes. I haven't done the buttered bacon that way, but syrup basted sausage wrapped in syrup basted bacon? This is a thing I have done.

All glory. Sausage is a thing made for syrup. Little can improve sausage to a greater degree than syrup.

Also, what uses butter, maple syrup, and bacon?
Breakfast in Canada.
Bacon waffles. I'm pretty sure they're a real thing.
... mostly because I've had them before.

Anyway, I've seen bacon buttered, before. Ate some, too, so... not bad, though I don't really like butter on anything anymore. Add some syrup because syrup is phenomenal on bacon and there you go. Buttered syrup bacon.

Yeah, actually going antimagic completely blocks the usage of any and all arcane powered items (including runes and wands) and talents.

Solipsists are one of those that can just go "Eh." and move on. Antimagic shield makes solipsists (even more) utterly ridiculous, and when you throw the fungal tree and 100% heal to psi conversion on top of that... you don't die. Pretty much period. It just doesn't happen.

And then you get mindstar mastery tree too and suddenly you're trolololing around meleeing farportal bosses. It's a helluva' thing to watch, heh.
