cheapen the intellectual property
Is that even possible? I... I really don't want to read that thing. What sort of reasoning does this guy provide?

And 'lo, did we get cross-thread posts that confused the fuck out of me for a second.

But yeah, going into full fledged genetics systems would be pretty boss, culling all the scrawny cows so the beefy ones grow, genetically engineering chickens with 8 legs.
... then crossbreeding the chicken with a little girl to give it arms?

Wait, wait. Wrong game >_> Still. Elona MC mod? Might be interesting.

Latest incarnation of ToME, one of the major roguelikes. The ToME line's been around for years now, but T4 is really coming into its own and is one of the best RLs to be produced in recent years. It's got a lot going for it -- including pretty solid graphics, if you're so inclined.

Here's the B12 thread. I've had a little bit of influence in testing and th'dev process since T4 went public, so I'm a little enthusiastic about it :P Been distant since my computer died and I got stuck on this PoS iPad, though.

Been playing ToME4. Apparently it scratches an itch I didn't even realize I had.
Do far portals, do far portals! Ride the pain train!

But yeah. Live chat, OG thread, IRC channel, actual t4 forum that's fairly active. Questions you may have can be answered! Also code diving. The .team file can be uncompressed with pretty much everything and most of the code is LUA and fairly easily readable.

Been running an antimagic mindslayer most recently. Only one death so far, heh, and I just got ahold of the fungus tree <3

Siri: Tales of Maj'Eyal, nowadays. Used to be, uh. Either tales or troubles of Middle Earth (and way, waaaay back, it was PernAngband), but was switched to offset potential copyright issues and is better for it.

There is a large and surprisingly varied amount of google hits for that phrase. Huh.Glory of the coming of the lord, indeed.

Should be interesting to see what the fallout is. Wonder what sort of stat tracking is going on, hum.

Wisconsin's apparently to go on the list, though. Kinda' wondering how large my "states-to-avoid" list is going to get :-\

Little smaller would be nice; this comp's cutting off the images just a pixel or two in from the right side of the u in 'end turn'. Can scroll over to see, but of course that'd mean scrolling alllll the way down to the bottom of the update, shifting over, scrolling alllllll the way up to the top, reading whatever, then reverting and starting over again. Or just ignoring whatever's happening to the right of the u, which is what I did :P

Re: Trade, found this. Dunno how (in)accurate it is for latest version, though.

Ah. That wouldn't be too bad, then. Still probably go with the respip, though. Boosters are nice but resists are more likely to keep you from being two-shot.

Still, if the booster effect would be particularly useful...

Yikes, 10k for the chance to fail a test is frankly goddamn ridiculous. I'm now idly wondering how long you could support yourself and possibly a family by just keeping the money you'd spend on that and law school itself. Seems almost like a literal no-win situation for a majority or large minority of aspirants, which is just strange. Or at least that, financially, most aspiring law students would be better off aiming for a more stable employment area with a lower (and especially less costly) barrier to entry.

I'm incredibly well aware that actual legal work is a helluva' skillset and proper training understandably costly, but something about the general situation screams intentional inefficiency (to artificially drive up costs and get someone excessive profits) to me.

I actually remembered road rovers after seeing the intro in the related videos thing.

Anyway, Exosquad? Exosquad. I seriously need to actually go and watch through that at some point. Saw a good chunk when I was younger, but remember basically none of it. Still have a toy suit laying around somewhere in mostly one piece.
If this is going to get into childhood shows does that mean we are going to end up in Biker Mice from Mars and Street sharks?
Apparently!

Didn't that get a kinda' subpar video game port? *goes and checks* Aha, it did!

Buffer chests? One pipe feeding into chest, other type of pipe pulling out. That'd be my first thought, anyway.
