Not just what, but how. Tracked statistics includes "time, insertions, average speed and other data."

RSS feed has informed me someone has made stat tracking software with twitter upload functionality...

Spoiler: semi NSFW, I guess (click to show/hide)
W(hat)TF was my only possible reaction.

I'd rather just call it wrong. Know more whites on food stamps than I do other skin phenotypes.

Of course, the population of non-Caucasians in the town I'm living in last census (I bothered checking, so it might been the one before last) was like five (okay, maybe ten) but yeah.

Also a lot of elderly on food stamps. Guess it's an old person problem, too, ageists.

Still wondering how the hell the guy expects massive destabilization to not occur when you've suddenly got millions with no ability to access food.

Wait, wait, what? Gingrich was attacking the food stamp programs? One of the few things between millions of americans being forced to either steal for their supper or outright starve?

... I'm guessing he's a proponent for privatized prisons, then? or just... man, I don't know. I can appreciate idealogical purity (when it's not pants-on-head nonfunctional utopianism) but there's some aspects of our welfare systems that we can't afford to remove right now; it'd completely fuck up our country by completely disenfranchising significant swaths of our population. States wouldn't survive that level of destabilization, especially right now.

How is Gingrich defending that position? Or is it just one of those throwaway party position things no real thought is being put in to (Besides what volume to scream it at, that is.)?

Simple. If the day starts bad, by your own logic it will get better. I find it better to end a day on a high note, rather than begin one.
Ehn... I've found that starting the day off well makes whatever happens after, better.

Thus I woke up at 3-4 in the morning for four or five years and spent four or five hours lounging about (including breakfast and room for an hour long ablution) before going and doing something else. Starting the day off mellow makes the rest of the day go down smooth~

As for getting out of bed... eh. Sensation started being enough for me a several years back. After not-feeling due to bad medication reaction for a few months, feeling anything became borderline bliss. Feel the wind, Janet. Feel the wind. It is sublime.

The sound of a million yaoi fangirls crying out in anguish...

... then picking up keyboards.

Fill it with porn. It's the philosophical deconstruction of dehumanism, excess and lust as a base instinct. :P
Yeah, I was vaguely ruminating on a postive/negative dichotomy thing for a collage; aesthetics would have probably had the mona lisa contrasted with guro of some sort (Probably soft stuff, say from Franken Fran.). I'm now trying to remember what the sixth major area is/could be; I remembered the study of knowledge (and am currently figuratively beating myself across the head and shoulders for forgetting the technical name for it) and logic, but can't recall the last bit.

Incidentally, I now pity any introductory aesthetic classes I may or may not end up teaching. I think Zrk gave me a class project: "Using the aesthetic system proposed by one of the philosophers studied this semester as a base, create a media expression of the major areas of philosophy."

I think it's dead, Jim.

26709
Huh. And you chose a collage instead of song!?

... well. Can't really blame you for that. What six elements is your class using? E: Or wait, the metaphysics/ethics/aesthetics/etc. thing? Major areas?

Nah, that title probably belongs to Cousin It.

Or maybe Chewbacca. Or someone cosplaying as one of the two as their method of spying (Working fetishes?).

... partially ninja'd by Aklyon. The third option still stands.

26711
Be proven to be logically contradictory (This may or may not involve proofs of the formal logic kind). That's the big third option.

Then there's the other options, which vary from specialty to specialty.

Some people are just pants on head fucking retarded. Examples:

1. My philosophy teacher: "Derp herp make me a goddamn collage, but make sure to cut the bristol board out into a shape so you can't fit all the shit I want on it on it."
And thus the students learned of the innate absurdity of the human existence.

Alternately: Be concise you little shits.

Remember: A good philosophy teacher has 50/50 odds that they actually are just fucking with you. Sometimes. Depends on the particular subject and the teach's specialty. And potentially how drunk they are/were last night.

Pleasant to play with but functionally useless?

26714
Is there anyone who doesn't enjoy at least one of the James Bond films?

Actually being in the business probably does have an effect, though. From what I understand it tends to either leans the viewer toward amusement (Look at this idiot doing everything wrong~) or disgust (Look at this idiot doing everything wrong!).

Place where elbow is. Hang pizza bag off that. Hold handlebar and carry pizza same time.

Alternately, teeth. Clench! Look silly, doesn't matter. Have pizza.
