do you think there's a chaos god of cheese, or would that just be nurgle by way of fermentation and decay and whatnot? Individual ones for each type of cheese, for some kind of chaos cheese pantheon?

Cheese for the cheese gods, mozz for the mozz thrones

Halloween decor most based: "Released hundreds of snakes in yard at first sign of children, locked door, took nap"

Needs more nurgle. Re-animator maybe?
Every zombie and disease film ever. Even the planet of the apes prequels
I'm... not entirely sure about that? The zombie ones, at least. I'd wager some of the more violent zombie archtypes fall under khorne on some level, especially the ones that fight each other as much or more than the living. Iirc it's not super uncommon the zombie virus isn't so much "undead" as "uncontrolled rage beast", with the infection not so much killing the victim as turning them hyperviolent. That would be either khorne, or someone trying really hard to extra piss off the critter. Might be khornite worship, might be blasphemy, could be both!

... there's also a slanneshi angle, there, because sometimes the zombie media get extra exploitative :-\

Zombie stuff's generally going to be nurgle, though, yeah. Just... not every zombie film. There's generally rather literally terrible multitudes in zombie media, heh.

Took dog out. There's... someone watching a sex scene/porn with the volume up loud enough I'm hearing it like a full block away. Three or four football fields distant. Good distance.

It has bayleef twins! Pretty neat.

Still haven't watched any of those with the sound on, though. One day, maybe. Not this one!

Not very old, but mortality starts ratcheting up pretty steadily around that age level, and dying in your sixties isn't particularly unusual.

It's one of the reasons 65 is a fairly common retirement age.

From a quick check of the website and idle gander at thigh high sock prices elsewhere, I'm not sure affordable is quite the right word? Looks like the actual cheap ones (you can get online, there's probably even cheaper offline) go for under 5 USD; Sock Dream's prices start at 14 (12 pounds, checking that, for reference), so a good 4-5x more expensive than the most affordable stuff.

Which I guess isn't... completely insane, exactly? 15-20 bucks for a pair of socks is enough to give me sticker shock, personally, but it's objectively a meal or two at a restaurant or whatever, one non-discounted mid-line priced video game, etc. It's like a third or fourth the price of actual high-end online-available ones that go between like 45-70 USD.

But I'm definitely remembering lyrics from Thrift Shop looking at it, heh.

S'just alphanumeric, no other symbols, length's not particularly notable. It wouldn't be particularly difficult for something to brute force it, basically, so it's weak. Pretty sure that's most or all of the reasoning, anyway.

I wonder just how obscene you can get before your isekai story is just utterly unsalvageable.
I honestly don't think that point actually exists. Good enough writer can do something at least middlingly decent even from the most degenerate of starting prompts.

There's totes some slime ones where they don't drop the slime bit quickly, or even at all, though. Tensura's pretty famous for jumping the sharkslime ASAP, but there's like... well over a dozen slime MC stories out there these days, and some of them just stick to being a slime.

... dropping the gimmick pretty early happens a lot mostly due to a combination of it being easier to write humans, and it being an easy way to sidestep dysmorphia issues and whatnot. It's usually being kinda' lazy, basically, but hell, I ain't gon' blame someone for being a lazy writer if they're just doing it for fun, yeah? I get why folks do it, even though it's usually pretty disappointing, heh.

There's at least a couple of "reincarnated as a flower" ones over on RR, checking, though I'm less sure about anything particularly lengthy. There's also more than one reincarnated as a mushroom and/or myconid out there (have a 1.2k page one). Could swear there's at least one that's actually heavy on the mushroom aspect, rather than leaning into the myconid route, too.

So, like. Yes. We live in a world where roomba and vending machine and fork (and spoon, iirc) isekai exists, relatively mundane things like flowers and mushrooms are a given, heh.

... quick check didn't turn up anything for stinging nettles, though. There's an untapped niche if anyone wants to have a go at it :V

There's... apparently multiple types of curd (cheese, fruit, probably others i'unno i stopped caring pretty rapidly), so it's possible there's some confusion going on on that front. Probably, really, because from what I've seen usage of the terms involved are overlapping for separate things and not used consistently to boot.

Cheese curd specifically can apparently be subbed in for cream or cottage cheese, which yeah, can be used in baking sweet things.

... that picture looks more or less like cottage cheese, to me, which the idle checking suggests you want to sieve before use if you want it to taste particularly good in sweet things. It's possible that was the problem, I'unno.

There's several at this point, ha. I've seen at least two, and I think more, hit >100 pages on RR, and I'm about as close to certain as I can get without actually checking there's at least two more in the LN/WN ecosystem.

Alderly enough, it's one of the more common "reincarnated as something non-humanoid" scenarios around.

Honestly know that feel. I remember reading the one where guy got turned into a tree and it was just 60 chapters of "tree gains new power but faces new foe who forces him to develop new power but suddenly an even bigger foe appears." Still ended up reading all of the chapters. It's like the LN equivalent of having 4,000 hours in a game and leaving a review "I hate this game"
Wait, which one? I'm aware of, like... three or four that roughly fits that description. Demonic tree's been popular over on royal road lately, but there's others in that ecosystem and I think at least another two or three in the LN one, too.
