Gods of the Fallen Land has some seriously impressive boss design. Experiencing it has made me happy.

Unlocked the Scion in Gods of the Fallen Land. I'll avoid spoiler 'cause even I'm not entirely sure what the hell just happened, but holy shit that is how you do a boss fight. Not encountered many victory conditions that satisfy. This game does not fuck around.

LMZG feat. Lyre le Temps, "French kiss". It's swing-flavored, got some nice energy to it. Video's, uh. Not as good as music, but still! Been working my way through a 6-700 song long electroswing youtube playlist at work, hit some gems I hadn't encountered before in the process.

That was an interesting 25 minutes getting it off, in shorts. Big ass winter jacket and snow boots, though. I’m not completely mad.

No clue what the price was. I didn't stick around long enough to see how much they were trying to gouge people for buzzword belly voodoo for doggos, if they included a price at all. Also don't know what probiotics go for for humans, and don't want to know, so price comparison is someone else's problem if they want to know :P

That could be it, I'unno. Might have been something earlier, want to say it was more clinton era than 'bama but I don't pay much attention to the car market so it coulda' been anywhere from bush 1 to obama.

So Gods of the Fallen Land is pretty neat. Actiony city builder/tower defense that seems pretty brutally hard, but largely in a good way. You got your hero unit, base villagers you entice with free housing, run through other buildings to turn into other stuff, walls and some defensive stuff, an okay spread of buildings, so on and so forth. You turn your dudes into your army 'cause towers alone aren't going to cut it even if you entice artillery ghosts from the gods and build your own golem deathbots and they're all going to die okay, they're going to die all of them.

Because then you have dozens and dozens and dozens of skeletons and then more and more stuff trying to murder you and throwing projectiles at you and stomping up into your grill with building-sized golems and shit gets pretty hectic also after a few days of getting into the swing of things other shit starts happening and the day time stops being a time of relative rest and... just, look. It's nice and mean, both.

Game's doing a lot of things right, check it out. Also your starting item builds defensive towers, use them like immediately. Towers alone won't really work but they'll help a hell of a lot. Probably hunt down shrines -- not sure about the other ones but the food one can give you the aforementioned artillery ghosts and they can make the early game wwaaaaaaaaaaay easier because they throw around lightning and cluster fireballs and basically just kick all sorts of ass versus the initial skeletons and friends waves. Then the later stuff comes in and they die so don't get too attached (to them, or anything else).

... anyway it's on steam, itch.io, maybe other places. Currently going for about five bucks. I just burnt through the refund period in one go so I'ma go to bed now. Might be the best purchase I made this sale, tho' :P

E: Oh, and if you do try it and run into technical difficulties, check out the steam discussion whatsit. There's some known issues that can crop up with some hardware, and some solutions. I had trouble myself, but fixed it up fairly painlessly (just had to force the program to actually use the graphics card, more or less).

We're also assuming people are acting rationally. If there were a government program to help people purchase eco-friendly vehicles, you know the day after launch there would be a hundred thousand Youtube videos with some wheezing Boomer in aviators and camo pants screaming about how he bought one of those commie cuckmobiles just to #triggerthelibs by filling it with gasoline and endangered species, then shooting it until it catches fire. Just like they did with the ex-NRA stuff. It seems destroying their own things is just...how conservatives express malaise now.
More pointedly, we've seen trade-in program in the US go pretty poorly already, though I can't remember the where or when... want to say there was something unfortunate in the 90s somewhere in the south east, but hell if I actually know. Not a reason to not roll with something like that, but there's lessons to have learned before trying again.

I'm no soap maker, but plugging "how to calculate lye for soap" sans quotes into google pulled up a bunch of stuff including actual calculators for the question. Give that a gander, you have a better idea how legit the results are than most folks around here if you're already producing stuff.

You might be surprised. The parks in rural areas can be surprisingly resilient funding wise. Probably look a bit different from ones in more developed places, but dedicated parkland isn't exactly ignored outside cities. Jumping may not be involved, but the audience mentioned may not be as resistant as you're assuming.

They can do a fair amount to how your face presents and whatnot.. Highlight eyes, does various whatever to your expression, so on, so forth. It's not terribly confusing, they're a fairly prominent and expressive part of your facial features. It plays into general aesthetic attractiveness, which is a component of dating preferences, obviously enough.

Dealing with the US health industry is like the exact opposite of actively working towards getting that sort of treatment for anyone who can't already just fly over, anyway. That's not how you get the high end services, its how you fuck your health services into the ground and spike your country's medical bankruptcies :V

Ah, that's probably it. Am running that one.

Haven't had any problem with mod incompatibility yet, tho', outside the kick-crash thing an update or two ago. Running that, spellbound, no gold despawn, expanded expanded starts, and a smattering of other things. Noita+ mostly for the changes to makes to the temples, though. Its world gen changes are more annoying than anything, unless something's borking up with it. Lots of extra dense walling and whatnot.

E: In other news, nightmare mode is, in fact, pretty nightmarish. Yikes.

E2: Mod improved lukki mutation is so much better. Rather than a shitty close range poke, it swaps your normal levitation for infinite, fast, flight so long as you're fairly close to a surface. Basically you move like the actual crap with legs like that in the game and it's pretty damn great.

It's grid based, but there's some free-look involved. Dunno about the sales thread specifically, but it's been mentioned in OG before. It's pretty a'ight.
