Harris's record during her time as a DA/AG is a pretty serious black mark in some ways, honestly. MSH being as virulently anti-cop as they are isn't going to be particularly fond of 'er. E: There may be more going on there, but it'd be my first guess. Harris functionally codes as 'cop', to a fair extent.

There's hemp wine or summat, isn't there? Weed and its relatives are plants so I'd assume someone's made booze out of it.

There's twenty three declared candidates right now. 9 -- about 39%, more than a third, less than half -- are under 50. There's middle-aged democrats, they're just currently not as well known overall.

E: And for what it's worth, only 6 are over 60, only 3 over 70. You have 9 under 50, 6 over 60, and 7 in their 50s... also there's apparently someone I'm missing but that doesn't actually change much. Most of the candidates are under 60, better than a supermajority under 70.

Like. As near as I've noticed the DNC fucking hasn't been pushing biden much or at all, so far. Current polling is due almost entirely to name recognition, what with us being something like nine gods damned months out from the first actual vote, and there's been little to no major campaigning as of yet. It's one of the reasons there's apparently major overlap between professed Biden supporters and professed Bernie ones. It's literally because they're the ones whose names people fucking recognize. We're still months out from major shifts and campaigning alignments and shit.

Though yeah I'm not voting for a fucking 70 year old fossil in the primary, for what that's worth. Not biden, not bernie, not whatever that other ancient bugger is (gavel?). Either end up being the nom and they'll get my vote in the general but to hell with that shit for the primary.

I never knew bloodborne had spelljammers.

Fairness where it's due, iirc there's some hella' nasty tanks et al in Btech. They just don't see much screen time 'cause giant robots.

There's a period during the short days it's cool enough most of the flyie bitey bugs bugger off to wherever they go to hide. You can tell 'cause when you go outside in shorts or whatever your limbs don't feel like some kind of itchy needle orgy brushed by on its way to a party. Basically everything else is business as usual but the atmosphere stops trying to eat you while it broils you for a few months. It's the closest this state has to nice and it's over, now.

Florida's finally warmed back up enough the bugs have woke up. Going outside in anything except pants is back to distinctly suboptimal. Fuck this state :(

They definitely can... so long as they're handled well. Otherwise you get good ol' *band days where you better pray you're not using persistent levels because chain summoning got out of hand and now the ground is an alphabet orgy of ever replenishing death. Times were exciting, but not necessarily fun :P

Presumably see how much damage the practice would do, for a start. Designed probably isn't the right word for it, mind, but if multiple partners like, kill the prospective mother or somethin' (bedbugs, ferex, iirc. Incidentally, you're probably better off not knowing how they breed if you don't already), you can assume the bitsies aren't well equipped for it. Then stuff like what kag mentioned. Probably other concerns. Trying to piece together what's fairly inaccurately called design is pretty complicated under the best of conditions. Human reproduction is very much not best conditions.

'Course, twice a human in one piece world probably still leaves you basically cannon fodder tier on its own, iirc, so... yeah. Baseline human doesn't seem to mean much in that setting. Multiplier would help but you'd need like more than just double to be particularly meaningful without some sort of assistance.

Oglaf basically started as a porn comic, iirc. Still is, to some extent. It's mostly just 'cause that's what the artist wants to draw, so far as I'm aware. Not really any concern about recommendations either way.

If anything about that fills you with confidence in anything except maybe his unsuitability to be president, I think I would recommend seeking professional psychiatric help :P

I'd seen Elemental power armor before, but today I learned it's also a name for the 2-2.5 meter tall genetically enhanced supersoldiers inside!  Sorta like SPARTANs from Halo but more so.
moreso and drastically predating, but yeah. Also less so, too, though, as elementals aren't really special ops or anything like it, at least insofar as anything trying to get by outside an actual mech or heavy armor or whatever on btech battlefields are anything but. Basically just line infantry or somethin', if less suicidal than most IS infantry

Not very much space marine either, though. Iirc elemental gene tweaking and active production was still a thing. Also neither the elementals not their armor were particularly special, near as I can recall. If anything I'd almost draw a parallel to Uruk-hai in power armor or thereabouts.
