General Discussion / Re: AmeriPol thread

Bill de Blasio has announced that he's running, and successfully managed to seem vastly less impressive as the Mayor of New York City than Mayor of Southbend.
I've seen mention he's doing it literally just to get out of NYC. Something about being so staggeringly bored of being mayor buggering off for the campaign trail sounded like a good idea.

Like, I'm just saying here. But if you handle it right (some kind of clamp on the end of a long pole or something) and launch it from a catapult, you won't get close enough for the delivery to backfire. There's no child weaponization issue that can't be solved with siege engines.

4923
... why did you just repeat the words 'catapult ammo' but with many unnecessary syllables?

4924
And since the urbie is like all head their pilots are extra crazy?

4925
Toddlers are for hugs and catapult ammo, yes. But generally just once. Not very reusable.

I mean, 'fast food workers aren't paid enough to give a shit about one guy in a fancy suit nibbling on the food' would work well enough for an explanation without either of those, heh.

It's questionable he's even doing anything by accident. He's not so much giving China a hard stance over anything as he's screeching nonsense like someone having a real bad drug trip. There's no stance to be confronted, there, just madness you avoid until it stops even if it means you eat less that day or somethin'.

This exchange reminds me of the good ship venus. Alas, safety pin doesn't fit nearly as well as broken glass.

Fairness where it's due, over 86f leaves a lot of room to reach 'very hot'. It's certainly past the point of being particularly comfortable regardless.

Poor bastard described would bleed out anywhere around my part of the world, though. That's most of the year.

Huh. There's a costco in Tallahassee. I never knew. Closest one to me, the next closest is like another three or four hours drive out. They're, uh. Not the most common in Florida and Florida adjacent regions.

... y'know, I look at that page and for some reason all I can think is that those shoes totally don't go with that dress. I'm normally like near completely fashion blind but it's really jarring for reasons I can't identify.

Its massive amounts of DRM is... Steam. The account thing you can just skip.

No clue how you lost the tutorial, though. Just played through it, it hands pretty much everything to you and curveballs are pretty nil. Did you ramp up the difficulty or somethin'?

Any case, got it, so thanks. I'd been eyeing 3 for a while since it seemed about as good as the previous AoW games, but the price never got low enough I could convince myself to splurge on it. Free is good price, heh. DLCs apparently add a fair bit to the game, somewhat unfortunately, and they're still full price. Base doesn't seem particularly bad, tho'.

People, somewhere or another there's a thread for generator spam. Please, for the love of fornication, take this crap there instead of shitting all over the WTF thread with it.
