Tablet just faceplanted onto the floor and cracked the screen all to hell. It's currently still working, but... shit.

... y'know, when you mention stuff like that unless you got a good reason not to, you generally include, like. Link, name, etc. Otherwise people don't have much choice but to cheerfully assume you've pulled it out your nine slider customized arse :P

... yeah, I've done those, too. Both mashed potatoes and diced, for that matter. Mac and cheese and diced potatoes are particularly okay, though I'm pretty sure some of those tasty seasoned potatoes would turn out legitimately good. Mashed is just kinda' there, though you'd probably have better luck with higher quality potatoes (or do that thing where you like wrap something in mashed potatoes and like fry or bake it or whatev'; normally the something is just the potatoes and it's friggin' wonderful but I could see other stuff going swimmingly, too) than I've tried.

Also, uh. Done the reverse, though not with noodles. Chopped up a pizza and put it into a bowl of mac and cheese (stupidly delicious) and mashed potatoes (okay, but not particularly good).

Good ol' Japanese Napolitan.

Pasta, Ketchup and sliced hot dogs.
Best ration food ever made.
I thought I clicked on the pizza thread. I was horrified that somebody would put pasta and sliced hot dogs on a pizza.
I've done that before, actually. Leftover noodles (can't remember if it was ramen or chow mein or yakisoba, though) with diced up hotdog, on top of whatever else was on the thing. It's a'ight, if notably more filling. Noodles basically just function as like an overcrust (not much taste, more or less -- pretty sure it was just plain pasta, the time or two I've done it -- just more weight and a different-ish texture), and diced up hotdog makes okay meat for most things, at the end of the day.

Give it to a pet, so you can have a minion that beats things to death with a giant castrated dragon dong, yes. You wielding it is fine but like a little girl is or something is maximal :3

Man, you don't even have to go out of your way to heat up chef boyardee. Pop the can open and eat it straight.

... honestly, I think some of their stuff actually tastes better that way, so... yeah. Never mind not being deadly, it's weirdly good for lazy/desperate food. Grocery aisles that stock the stuff sometimes straight up sell out prior to a hurricane hitting, heh.

American here, can confirm that I know nothing about cheese
We apparently actually have a fairly decent cheese scene in the US, from what I understand. Seen a few articles over the years of folks from more traditionally cheese inclined areas coming over and being surprised at the state of things. It's just not terribly mainstream, and we'll probably forever have the millstone that is government/"American" cheese around our collective necks. Which... is honestly kinda' okay to cook with. Does alright with texture, adding a bit of heft to a meal and a vaguely cheese taste. It's just vile plastic abomination when unmelted, heh.

Still, you do kinda' have to remember that the states are largely a nation of immigrants, and they don't exactly leave their tastebuds at the proverbial door. Cheesemaking came over and has been loitering around in the background since, basically.

Trump can't be his own Chief of Staff, so no such person exists.
He wouldn't meet the requirement proposed, anyway.

... that said, I think he actually could be his own chief of staff if he felt like it? Or just not have one. Seem to recall the position isn't, like, legally mandated or somethin', so most anything goes for it.

Chips are indeed pretty great as a pizza topping. Also surprisingly good in mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, various sorts of soup, and rice. Ruffled ones seem to work better than unruffled, though. You can put them in whole or crush 'em up, either is fine.

Somewhere back in GD we have a pizza thread. Pretty sure it didn't get locked.

... but the point to bringing it up is that lots of things belong on a pizza, including cheese and donuts. Pizza is not limited by any one person's paltry constraints.

So you don't have to own, maintain, or use a cheese slicer.

In other wtf news, I just now noticed some nutjob rebooted mutant football league in the last couple of years. What the hell.

Was yesterday, but... whatever. Cataloged a book that ended up with the call number EASY WIN. I laughed.

I mean, you can teleport stuff in that setting. I'd just assume until otherwise informed that there's some device on the ship that's teleporting excretion either off the ship or to be utilized one way or another.

They never speak of it because whoever made the thing decided to name it the Portapoo and figured out a way to perpetually enforce the designation.

Iirc the removing part is easy if you have sufficient spare hard drive space. Just make a copy of your pre-mod oblivion install as a backup, delete/uninstall the main stuff if things go wrong and stick the copy in its place. One mod is usually pretty painless, really. The real fustercluck is when you're trying to get a few dozen to work together without everything imploding.

... that said, if you're looking for an extra romp in oblivion you might consider checking out nehrim. It's a total conversion, and though it's been a good few years since I messed with it, I remember it being pretty great. Also recall the installation (and removal) being fairly painless.
