No clue, but as is it's pretty damn solid for a deck building game of its ilk. I don't regret getting it for the current base price (didn't notice the sale was coming, heh), and wouldn't hesitate to say it has ten bucks worth of game already, never mind whatever comes in the future.

That said, quick check says the devs are actually expecting full release, or at the absolute least leaving early access, this summer. So within a month or three, expectations holding.

There's... only one boss that revives itself, and it only does it once, though? At least in the base game. The sleepy one with the cultists. jackass time master or whatever it is has a heal mechanic, too, but it's not a straight revive and I'm fairly sure it either only does it once or is supposed to have a sizeable gap in between uses. Both (well, all three end bosses) have a strength scaling mechanic, too (though time jackass is probably the worst of them).

That said, if there's anything that will blow a mill deck to hell it's the jackass time jackass. You can conceptually outpace the bugger with a scaling block deck, but you basically need kunai and the ability to put out six to nine attacks in a turn while still being able to play some defense. Not at all easy, heh, and you'd probably just kill it in the process if you actually have a deck that could manage it.

... well, unless you happen to be playing with mods and running a mad scientist. Then you just get (a few) copies of power armor, stack up the fuel, and laugh and laugh and laugh after you're putting out passive triple digit block figures by like turn three. Legitimately unbalanced as all hell, but hilarious :P

1970s rap did start is directly descended from 1960s music:

https://www.musicbanter.com/rap-hip-hop/84124-rap-1960s.htm
link's a little borked, ree. Seems to be missing a l at the end.

Lollllllll 20's rap is just descended from 16th century music bro they had rap in the 800's

Have you even heard the ancient rap ballad Beowulf
14th century, actually, apparently. Folks seem to think the cleanest/most direct trace comes from a sort of folk called "griot", which look to have basically been west african bard equivalents. Kinda' neat, really.

I just had a ton of fun with the new custom mode - playing as silent, with drafting and diverse (all cards available) enabled. Ended up with a mostly claws deck, supported by backflips and shrug it off.
It might be vaguely worth noting modding is apparently a thing that exists for slay the spire, now. There's a handful of classes, some content expansion, and a few utility things (custom mode actually had a mod doing the same thing a bit before this latest update, there's an always whale mod, etc.).

Can take a gander at modthespire if anyone's interested.

They didn't have rap in the sixties.
You're telling me Tiny Tim is as bad as NWA or some shit? ???
Quick check suggests rap was showing up (specifically in blues songs) as early as like the 20s, dood, with the roots and general style of vocals going much, much further back. They had rap in the sixties, just not as developed or prolific :V

For a short while I spiced up minecraft using Industrialcraft, which allowed you to build machine and form little assembly lines for certain things.
If all you're running is one mod, you probably haven't hit it hard enough with the modding hammer yet :P also if all you have is the one and don't want to spend money on/"aquire" factorio, well...

... beyond that there's apparently custom built maps and whatnot that add goals and all that rot if you're looking for that sort of thing. Been a while since I muddled about with it much, but things were fairly sophisticated like... a year or two ago. Probably advanced even further since.

Nah, we can't and trying for too long likes to kill us. Day or two tends to feel like shit, but it's survivable without general concern. Want to say it's either less than a week or less than two without sleep that starts rolling the bones on fatal. Probably a good idea to get some rest.
My computer cannot run Space Engineers. And Minecrap plain sucks. Dwarf Fortress master race.
Minecraft can be fairly interesting once you hit it repeatedly with the modding hammer, so long as your computer can handle it. Mine can't, sadly.

The general quality of the music was so much better in the 1960s.

Naaah, there's just a bunch of utter drek we've collectively forgotten, sometimes permanently. On top of there being less of it overall, so easier to filter/find good stuff.

General quality's probably gone up somewhat by dint of better production tools alone, never mind anything else, really. Production's just bumped up enough collective filtering might not be keeping up as well, s'kinda' hard to tell.

It's worse since these days, game base prices are like $60 or $70.
Base game prices have been like that since like the days of the SNES :P

Actually, now that I think about it, inflation means they're cheaper nowadays, dunnit? Just now occurred to me the relatively static price point has the practical effect of dropping in cost.

He also gave us Citizens United.
And a whole bunch of other regressive bullshit. Kennedy stepped off the party line on a couple of things over the years, but that's it. He's been marginally less of a piece of shit than the other republican appointees, which ain't worthy of much, if any, praise.

Especially considering the latest SCOTUS term.

Nah, the bow and arrow thing makes it the hobbit. Middle-earth, not westeros.

Cortez won the primary in one of the safest D seats in the country (which is one of the better places for entryist groups like the DSA to push for ground, really). Short of something literally killing her in the next few months, she's going to be a congresscritter.

Also yeah, it's maybe worth reminding that most/all DSA aren't caucusing under the group's name. They're generally democrats on the ballot (and in practice and intent), and the overall goal of the group isn't third party status but entry and influence within the democratic party. Might make 'em the smartest vaguely socialist political group in the country, heh.

The ponies aren't even comparing preferred fornicative eccentricities yet. Hell is not quite wrought, at the moment.

Doubtful. Least not vis a vis leaving the EU. Pretty sure those were all rendered down into haggis at some point, then used to pleasure impotent goats.
