Hey, don't blame us when your lot was probably the one inviting them. Threshold does no good if you open the door and welcome the populismpire inside.

Eh. Ask yourself which would be easier for a nation to survive without: News or sex?

People being more concerned about the latter isn't exactly odd. Stuff's more important to most people than God, in practice, and porn is like its fancy proselytizing pamphlet or somethin'. People care, y'know?

Yeah, vis a vis siralim, if you're interested, wait for three to hit mobile release. If it's anything like 2 (and near as I've noticed, it is), it is/will be a straight upgrade on pretty much every front compared to its predecessor. Zero reason to play two if three is accessible, just like there's no reason to play one if you can get 2.

... suggestion wise I ain't got much. SpaceBattleshipStoryRPG, maybe? Pretty sure it's one word. Not sure how meaty or cerebral I'd call it, but it's probably the most true to source giant robot space armada simulator I think I've ever encountered.

You might poke through kemco's stuff. Most of it's pretty generic jrpgs, but they can be oddly engaging.

And for your daily dose of political comedy:

"But my emails." says clinton, in the the face of it being revealed comey used his personal gmail for official FBI business.

... hard to find a better response from a more apt individual, mayhap.

Noticed the existence of the secret of mana collection thing released on switch last year. Shortly found out it didn't entail finally seeing an official english localization for SD3. Mild sadness.

Pretty sure it's more fifty or sixty (hundred, thousand, whatever) or something rather than one, in this sort of case.

Yeah, if you have the energy through one means or another, a silent running shiv is... probably at-least tied for best dead branch deck. Other runner being the obvious corruption ironclad.

Shite. They actually did it. Grandma has a kindle now. Grandma that doesn't like to read instructions and still has trouble figuring out the microwave's basic functionality after better than a year and a half. That has difficulty with pressing buttons on appliances.

Family, when this person has problems with this thing, I'm dumping the mess on you fucks. I premeditated this shit. Her kindle's registered. Mine hasn't been and won't be, and is an older model besides. I've got an excuse and I'm going to be using it.

The other primary trick, mind, is basically to branch it (or other exhaust synergy artifacts). Not really as good as shivs for that, but it's passable.

Yeah, I thought the steel + aluminium tariffs were for national security issues rather than a petty response to Canada protecting part of their agricultural industry from collapsing under the pressure of foreign competition, which in itself is probably something of a national security consideration.
That was the excuse given, anyway. Wouldn't be surprised if some poor bastard of a lawcritter that has to consider the defensive legal side of the mess tore some hair out in response to this latest round of unthinking shitespew. Possibly not their own. Hard to keep the national security angle going when someone's undermining it in front of pretty close to literally the entire world.

... wasn't that nixon? Hell, could have been both. Too tired at the mo' to double check right now. Pretty damn sure there actually was a court decision vis a vis clinton, though, though it's possible I'm misremembering what was involved in it.

The pres is already explicitly not barred from normal prosecution while they're in office, MSH. Far as I can recall, clinton made that blatant and nixon almost did.

They're protected from some things if and only if said things are performed as part of their duties as POTUS, but that's about as far as it goes.

E: Though yeah, it was either trump or rudy or both that claimed trump can pardon himself. The claim is utter bullshit and whoever claimed it was talking out their ass.

They are, in fact, not cheese puff scented.

Did some cleaning with disinfectant wipes. Fingers now smell like stale cheese puffs.

I don't understand.
