In any case, concrete goals. Do we keep raiding the Underhive even though our best fighter done run off?
Raiding the Underhive seems like a bad idea, I remember we were getting our ass thoroughly handed to us.

So I noticed something. Locking Glass doesn't refer to SP, but instead MP (And it does have the appropriate effect, draining SP). Is it possible Riltia's been lying to us about her capabilities for a lot longer than we thought?

Does anyone have a collection of Polar Eye's scan results, at least for major characters? I'm *gasp* working on the wiki and I'd like to consult those, useless as they tend to be.

EDIT: Speaking of which! I've recently implemented a less-than-elegantly-written "Skill" infobox on the wiki, and I intend to go through and fill out rudimentary pages for all the skills on the menu list. Should be pretty easy to adapt it for other types of items, too, once that's done.

And in that instant our schizophrenic hivemind plunged our heroine into gibbering, paradoxical madness fueled by betrayal and lust.
The end.

I've got no family in reasonable distance, my mom has to close tomorrow, my step-dad will be doing other things, and Cinder is busy with RL stuff. So...Looks like I'll be spending my favorite holiday effectively alone. Yay.

Oh well. At least I have the dogs.

Tried this for the first time tonight, on some Aliens-themed server.  The interface is horrid to learn.
Colonial Marines tends to be an...Unusual...server.

And yeah, the interface is terribad. There's actually a few servers running an even older version of it that's even worse... *shudders*

i don't really think a one-dimensional scale works for sexuality
Eh, the Kinsey scale is more just a broad stroke to try and pin down the separation between hetero, bi, and homosexual from my understanding. Less as an actual quantification of sexuality.

As a totally random aside, a bed Tem sounds like either the best or worst thing ever.

On the ground is a FLASHLIGHT (fresh batteries), a SMARTPHONE (dead, mildly cracked), a plastic WATER BOTTLE (half full, reusable because you care about the environment), and a plastic bag of single-serve CHIPS (well, maybe not that much).

In your back pocket, you have your WALLET. It contains ABOUT $3.50

Posting to watch

EDIT: Also, for what it's worth, Cin should be the one getting more credit :P
Writing captions is one thing, art is another altogether.

So I was looking back over the Rex code, on the off chance I'd find something somebody else hadn't. No luck on actually working out what to do with it, but I do have a guess as to who made it. It's likely one made by a prior incarnation of the Mechanic. On top of that, I might have a stab at where the Siblings originated from.

No clue what to do with any of this information, but it's interesting to note, at least.

Eventually. I like running games on Bay12; you guys are awesome and some of the most fun and unpredictable bunch I've played with. also i can never get an rl group together

Probably won't be D&D though. I've been moving away from it...It's not a BAD system but I feel like I'm better off with either running something more RP-focused, or going back to my mainstay of suggestion games. I'd love to do an ISG with actually passable art rather than my previous bullshit, but I have no art skills whatsoever. Cinder offered to do the art for me but I'd hate to impose, and I know she's been busy, so that probably won't happen.

Also, speaking of Cinder, we've been working on a video game very slowly between us and another friend (who isn't on bay12), and we were talking about maybe running a forum game set in the same world. Not sure if that'll ever come to be though, especially because Cinder was considering starting her ISG, Descent, back up.

EDIT: Also, for what it's worth, I may or may not try to do Color Quest (AGAIN) if Cin and I do a collab. If you aren't familiar with it...Don't look it up, it's terribad.

I'm not saying it necessarily WILL happen, just that a standing order is no guarantee. Also, I wouldn't think that the Exchange would've worked on Rillborn; did we ever decide if she was Willborn or not? I mean...She didn't have her soul star drained that we directly caused, no, but it could've been something ???? and/or !!!! did remotely if they did hold her star.

As for the Exchange being cycle-breaking, that's a fair point.
