I'll probably join for that RP session, just to see if I can't take Velik off the bridge.

If we could switch days I could stay in, but I remember the only other day available being Tuesday, which, IIRC, Taricus can't make. It is an option if anyone wants to keep Velik on Bridge (doubt it matters since there are more people in the wings, but Velik was essentially the voice of reason in the party, everyone else is the heart, Velik was the head)

If the game was on Tuesday or Wednesday, I could make it, but, ATM, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are nights I can't keep up with. I'd always come in late and leave early on those days, which isn't a good thing for the game.

I'd like to keep Velik as a off screen character, if at all possible, able to do research for the party. But that's up to Weird mostly. It's pretty much one of the few ways I can still contribute even without being able to join in on the games.

Guys, with the way things are happening IRL currently I have to bow out of the game as well.

I'd go Aldo Rustle then Training Sim, or the Hunting Trip with Aldo if we have time afterwards.

I'll be two hours late tomorrow, I couldn't switch nights because no one else could trade shifts. Was able to switch out my job on Friday for this week though.

Aw, I missed Lugia!?

EDIT: I think I'm gonna see if I can't look into the brain as well, to keep the entire party updated and to keep Hector from going too far.

Would it be possible to do periodic RP sessions every now and then? Just until I can fix my schedule a bit.

Anyone have a copy of the logs from last night? My internet crapped out last night and I couldn't reconnect.

They have honey gather, except it produces crystal instead IIRC

I sorta want the dig site for more than just stopping the BUP, I want what could be there. The BUP are being jackasses, we stop them and show them that trying to undermine us and the other factions is a bad idea. Invite the TDD and/or Academy along to the site to boost their relations, and we keep the BUP busy until we jump so they can't try another coup de tat, which is the main reason I say we charge now.

And what Cript said about being able to hold the charge also applies, we can charge up then wait if we have the time.

I still say we jump before the Ditto becomes a problem and avoid it entirely. We do not need to deal with it, it's too dangerous, and it offers little reward. We're not here to help the planets we go to, we're here to survive, and going against it is a suicide mission. Once again, Velik will not join you to fight the thing, and, if things look bad, he will order the ship to jump with or without the other commanders.

Additionally, I don't give a flying rattata's ass if the BUP get pissed off at us, they picked the fight, now they have to back off or face being opposed by the commanders at every turn. At this point, Velik is (passively) against the BUP, if they keep trying to sabotage the other factions and us, they're going down. That's the same for all the factions.

My vote still stands on the Dig Site, then Aldo, then training sim, followed by a jump unless something pressing comes up. You want the sim now, do it on your own, I go off on my own to do research and get quite a bit out of it, so someone else doing the same shouldn't be a problem.

Again, I say we start charging the engines and go to the dig site. Next Click we do the gym, and the last can be whatever because I'm gonna stay on the ship to earn some TEXP from sims so I can look into getting those edges I researched.

We have the fighters.

The fighter ships? Currently fried from an EMP or taken apart for study.

The people? Six heavy cruisers have enough man power and weapons to make even civilians a threat.

The Type? We have a few on our teams but the rest are with one of the factions or are civilians and thus not suited for this mission.

If anything I'd ask Hector or another researcher to make gallons of acid them fly over the thing to dump it on the ditto and dissolve it into nothingness, but then that'd rain onto the planet and cause us major problems.

We are not suited for this kind of mission. Anything this big and dangerous is out of our skill range except under extreme circumstances. This is probably one of those cases of "leave it alone until it's an immediate threat" aka Wait until it's a red alert before we do anything to it.

NOTE: This is how Velik would see things. He will not go on what he views as a suicide mission, if this Alert is selected, Velik will not join you.

Except it's already being dealt with, I say we charge engines and go to the Dig Site. Yes, the ditto is dangerous, but it has six heavy cruisers up against it already, what do we have that can help with that? ATM, Nothing. We could try and catch it, that may be the ONLY thing we could do with it that the Heavy Cruisers can't do better.

I say we avoid it the entire time we're here and get out of dodge ASAP. Meaning Dig Site, Aldo Rustle, and Sims then jump outta here.
