I demand that Walker-Wallace be changed to Walker-Wallace Western Weapon Works in the name of furthering the alliteration within the design.

What is "alliteration"?

You can't expect people to start voting within 12 hours of the update.

Exactly! Now vote for my steam walker.

Design: Walter-Wallace Steam-Powered Walker
Come one, come all! Come marvel at the brilliant invention, the latest and greatest tool to come out of Walter-Wallace Incorporated!  No longer will man be trapped to locomotion confined within a train or carriage; now exists a brand new means of transportation superior to any as-of-yet known to all of the world!

"The Walter-Wallace Steam-Powered Walker is a mechanical man, a marvel, a magnificent mechanoid of massive merit! Built of bold brass and bronze, behold beauty better and beyond belief!"
-Average Citizen

Relying on a single, precious steam core, the Walter-Wallace Walker uses high-pressure steam to power pistons, propelling the mechanical legs in predictable patterns.  The pilot operates the machine from a shielded cockpit, pulling levers and turning knobs to carefully manage the steam levels in each system - conveniently demonstrated with a dizzying display of dozens of dials!

When asked what the practical purposes of such a device were, the representative of Walter-Wallace Incorporated reportedly replied, "Whatever you can dream of, baby!"

Rumor has it the Empire is currently considering the contraption, as the ability to perambulate about the colonies with a flag waving from the top would remind the citizens of the Emperor's love and careful attention.

EDIT: The exact size is deliberately left vague (hard numbers are the death of a GM, after all), but I imagine it as big enough to mount a cannon at some point.

Haha yeah! But seriously, sign the petition.

...that wasn't meant to convert it to single action.

Really? I 100% read your revision as a single-action conversion, too.

Hail to the Princess!  May her rule be as Just and Righteous as her fathers!

What is her name?

It's not a pun. How do you expect me to vote for it if it's not a pun?

656
Oh, damn... Make it cheaper, make it work, make it more powerful, make it fire faster, or making it sharp... I honestly dunno which to choose.

If you don't want our soldiers to have ANY MELEE CAPABILITIES AT ALL then I guess your next best bet is to vote for the name that's also a clever pun.

Chinese Fingertrap

Safety concerns aside, the main issue with the Fingertrap is the high cost for a standard-issue weapon.  By dropping our standards and outsourcing labor to the Chinese, we can mass-produce a new suspiciously cheap variant of the weapon, now known as the Chinese Fingertrap.  Our Chinese investors assure us that the quality will remain the same, and the weapons will be produced at only a fraction of the cost.

Fingertrap: Razor Mod

While many would see the Fingertrap's penchant for trapping fingers as a negative, those who think outside of the box realize this is indeed weaponizable.

By attaching razor blades at odd angles and irregular patterns on the cylinder, our soldiers will be able to use the dangerous revolving action as an offensive melee option against the enemy.

I assume it pops out at least partially like the classic cowboy revolver

Older revolvers dont pop out the cylinder. There's a little gate that snapped shut near the hammer, and you twist the cylinder, eject a shell, feed a new one, and repeat.
