Your so much blind that you will not see the truth even that west medias posted it (if they are not to your liking) and even  after you government acknowledges it, including people that talked in the leaked transcript (yes it is truth, yes US is involved)

The most funny thing is US is complaining about russia leaking the tapes and not what was talked in it. Mind blowing.

... I haven't been paying the most attention, but I'm still deeply confused as to why the US is regularly brought up in discussions regarding compromises over... whatever. I'm... pretty sure we're not heavily involved in whatever's going on over there. I mean, sure, there's been some lackluster PR stuff and some perfunctory diplomatic responses, but... that's been about it. Even the sanctions over russia invading a sovereign country have been fairly half-hearted. Why is russia trying to compromise with the US? Shouldn't it be trying to compromise with ukraine, or maybe the EU at most?

It's, just... the US is over here. Ukraine is over there. States... don't really care about ukraine. Don't really care about russia in particular, either, last I've checked -- they've had most everything they want out of russia for a long time, now, and this mess doesn't particularly seem to be changing that, insofar as I can tell. So why the odd fixation?

I get this feeling like watching someone punch someone else, and then yelling at an uninvolved passerby to give the puncher money or else. It's the weirdest sort of non-sequitur.

After this I think US is a lot more involved than I thought (even so that you say they dont care and are somewhere over there  )

And also easy to not do it right after the Olympics which makes Russia look like a complete jerk and that they don't care about their reputation.

So it would look better if they did before it or waited a year for it?

And that's why I now believe that the 'crazy stalker ex' description is sorta accurate. USA \neq NATO \neq various European countries! It takes a big (and rather unhealthy) US fixation to see them behind everything any ally does.

The thing is, US would/is probably  doing exactly that. Through  nato neighbours to UK. What do you think, they will send their support directly from USA to UK? No, there is no need for that. They just need to pay for their nato alies to help arm UK. There is no need for some logistic expense, when you have nato next to them.

Ninjaedit: If you're throwing sovereignity out the window you're retroactively justifying the Iraq war, NATO's Balkan campaign, any possible Western involvement in the color revolutions... If you throw out sovereignity without offering anything to replace it you advocate a return to might makes right. And a waning middle power can only lose at that game when playing against the whole developed world.

Throwing ? No. I am just saying how things are, because of things you just posted here. Not saying how thing should be or how they should be replaced, just how the thing are. When it comes to big powers, there is no sovereignty, there is only interest.

EDIT: Also, let me say, the thing russia is doing is wrong, I am not saying because  US/west did shit, it means russia can do it. No, russia is now as crap as west (or better said it always was like that).

Here's their major affront to Putin and Russian society. You can almost see the fear and anguish in the church goers eyes. Can't think of anything more dangerous than musicians making an ad-lib about Mary driving driving putin out. Scary stuff, they might be the reason Russia collapses if they weren't punished for their affront.

Dude, they would be arrested for that in USA also, and in most countries.
