Its probably explosion in the air from the meteor (or how you call them) when entering the atmosphere so it did not hit the ground

... stepped into some weird shit, apparently.
Any actual confirmation that youtube video means anything? Proof it was who they say it was, any signs of actual substantial involvement, etc., etc.?
Though, uh. No, Nuland hasn't apparently said anything on the subject*, from what I could find out checking those and a few other sources. Someone else said some diplomatic non-speak (which I'd honestly expect to come out sounding about the same regardless of whether the video was real or not), according to the articles flapping around, but that was about it. Not really sparking my US!shadowpuppetting switch. Maybe a "politician being politician" one (assuming that's actually who was involved in the conversation), but not much more than that.
*Did Pyatt? Standard cursory skimming and whatnot didn't notice any mention on that end. Most I can find on apparent official statement comes from Psaki's words a few days after the video was posted.
... reeeeaaallly can't be arsed to get youtube running and subsequently investigate the importance of a random 'tube video. YT doesn't play all that well with my computer, generally. Anyone have a transcript/summation and/or confirmation of/news article about whatever point is trying to be made?http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-26079957

You're just posting conspiracy theory stuff again.....

... I haven't been paying the most attention, but I'm still deeply confused as to why the US is regularly brought up in discussions regarding compromises over... whatever. I'm... pretty sure we're not heavily involved in whatever's going on over there. I mean, sure, there's been some lackluster PR stuff and some perfunctory diplomatic responses, but... that's been about it. Even the sanctions over russia invading a sovereign country have been fairly half-hearted. Why is russia trying to compromise with the US? Shouldn't it be trying to compromise with ukraine, or maybe the EU at most?Listen to this, and you will see/hear
It's, just... the US is over here. Ukraine is over there. States... don't really care about ukraine. Don't really care about russia in particular, either, last I've checked -- they've had most everything they want out of russia for a long time, now, and this mess doesn't particularly seem to be changing that, insofar as I can tell. So why the odd fixation?
I get this feeling like watching someone punch someone else, and then yelling at an uninvolved passerby to give the puncher money or else. It's the weirdest sort of non-sequitur.
)
But let's get back onto tracks: can anybody imagine the future of this conflict? Obama has so far refused all of Putin's attempts to reach a compromise at the G20, while Vova has equally steadfastly refused to yield to the western demands and intends to make this a show of will. Escalation, both in warfare and in rhethoric, seems inevitable, and in the worst case scenario we will get another positional artillery war with no clear goal and, consequently, piles of corpses.
And also easy to not do it right after the Olympics which makes Russia look like a complete jerk and that they don't care about their reputation.
So biased American reporting is sufficient legitimation for invading Ukraine? The article switched horses mid-stream, so its point was hard to see, but that seems to be its main talking point.Which article? Anyway, the reason Puting got physically involved in the Ukraine affair is because he was trying to preserve the status quo, i.e., reign of Yanukovich and constitutional order, however corrupt they both were. "Responsibility to protect" is a well-recognised in the US excuse for armed intervention, and what Puting has been doing in Ukraine is not even exactly that. And I don't know anything about any billions of USD, but there was a phone call between two well-known US neocons discussing their involvement in the Ukrainian euromaidan.
Also, in what universe was Euromaidan US-provoked? And don't tell me about the five billion dollars, we both know that story is bullshit.
The thing is, US would/is probably doing exactly that. Through nato neighbours to UK. What do you think, they will send their support directly from USA to UK? No, there is no need for that. They just need to pay for their nato alies to help arm UK. There is no need for some logistic expense, when you have nato next to them.Except, when it comes to US they probably do. Its not a secret, that US is acting in ukraine, from sending/heaving CIA agents to military advisers and probably weapons (but it's more from near nato countries than US directly)And that's why I now believe that the 'crazy stalker ex' description is sorta accurate. USA \neq NATO \neq various European countries! It takes a big (and rather unhealthy) US fixation to see them behind everything any ally does.
Throwing ? No. I am just saying how things are, because of things you just posted here. Not saying how thing should be or how they should be replaced, just how the thing are. When it comes to big powers, there is no sovereignty, there is only interest.
Ninjaedit: If you're throwing sovereignity out the window you're retroactively justifying the Iraq war, NATO's Balkan campaign, any possible Western involvement in the color revolutions... If you throw out sovereignity without offering anything to replace it you advocate a return to might makes right. And a waning middle power can only lose at that game when playing against the whole developed world.
I will tell you a secret. Ukraine is a sovereign country and can invite any advisors, intelligence officers or even armed forcesI will tell you a thing that is not a secret.
)
Except, when it comes to US they probably do. Its not a secret, that US is acting in ukraine, from sending/heaving CIA agents to military advisers and probably weapons (but it's more from near nato countries than US directly)In world news: G20 summit pretty much confirmed that Ukrainian crisis is now a conflict of Russia vs. the USA, both of which remain dead-set on winning. Any kind of resolution seems increasingly unlikely.
Russia is like a crazy stalker ex, thinking that they have something going with the US when it's obvious to everyone else they dont.
Of course. Lol.
the "song"'s last section was an obscene parody of the Christian liturgical hymn the Sanctus, substituting the word “shit” for the word “holy”.
the “punk prayer”, accompanied to riotous music and dance, was filled with expletives and profanities and used grossly scatological language.
In totalitarian Russia you should go to jail for substituting words in a religious prayer. That's good to know. Do you also have morality laws?
@Americans: Go look up what Pussy Riot actually did. It was obscene, it antagonized the general public instead of convincing it, and it certainly was illegal. That they were convicted is without question just - but the sentence they received may have been to hard, I'm not informed enough to judge that.
@You: Look up what Pussy Riot actually did before defending the non-justice system of punishing political dissenters in Russia for arbitrary reasons. Aka selective enforcement in order to silence future opposition.

Here's their major affront to Putin and Russian society. You can almost see the fear and anguish in the church goers eyes. Can't think of anything more dangerous than musicians making an ad-lib about Mary driving driving putin out. Scary stuff, they might be the reason Russia collapses if they weren't punished for their affront.
