I usually install temporary bedding for sick people and new immigrants. Just simple beds all clustered together, no rooms or anything.

Also, the DM arrived?

WHERE ARE THE CHEE-TOHS?!

EDIT: Also, once we're finished with everyone else, I was thinking about, oh, say, my tomb...

Two coffins in case Flok falls in love. Just toss the empty one out if not.

The hatches drop the unsuspecting would-be thief into water, of course.

This is a surprisingly easy project, but hold it of for a while.

At least SMOOTHED walls. Well-made statues of a precious metal. Same goes for coffin.

Also, aren't you worried about in-game nobles being pissed that 'commoners' have great setups?

Also, I thought you'd randomly just kicked me out or something. It was a 'wtf' moment.

The person with the most social skills becomes mayor. This is a problem since Flok doesn't really have any social skills... Perhaps the in-game mayor is something entirely different?

Edit: Also, what happened to the trapped entrances? I thought that would at least deter the goblins.

Edit x2: Three years of working outside and you're JUST NOW putting things inside? I'm surprised no one's snapped yet.

I want to 'coup' my power back.

Give Donut (Who the hell does he think he is anyway) a better-looking newer room, then channel out the ceiling above him as he sleeps. Make sure the ceiling is right above him!

That'll show him for trying to usurp MY power.

In that short period of time, CAREFULLY dig out two horizontal layers of ice. Dig a stairway down into them, and build a wall of floodgates. Once that's done, get out of there and wait for it to thaw, or start hooking them up to a lever if we have time. That way we can turn the water on/off.

I have no problem. It doesn't look like it's in the way. Remember to trap entrances/exits.

I think a simple cage/stonefall trap layout would work fine. Dogs tend to get untethered, even if they're untrained.

Of course I'm right! Besides, it's not like building traps is time consuming, either.

A double-layer of traps, I think, would be more than enough. Sometimes traps don't go off, so...
