By carefully layering the wax, create a mold for the columnal hammer. If it's not great or better, retry. Pour iron into the mold, then wait until both the metal and the wax have cooled down. Then get them out the basin and each other. Consider whether or not there is a large enough anvil in the building. If not, repeat the casting process for it.

That changes nothing, the game is in English. Thus, it's assumed that no character knows any language besides English, unless otherwise noted. Of course, I'm going to roll to see if your character happened to learn Polish in his vigilantism.

Cloning is, in practice, rebirthing the cloned creature. The process could be sped up with a massive amount of hormones, but actually doing it would have way too heavy side effects on the creature's health for it to be standardized on the cloning pod.
