Becuase testing different bullets is different from upgrades to the gun itself.
So is studying all different guns after you decided what upgrades to make.

Study it first then do it by all means but studying it after the upgrade is done then means it's not for that project and so is not part of that proposal since it's for a future one.

Proposal 18, Again attempt to upgrade the assault rifle, focussing on accuracy, velocity and ROF in that order.

... Uhm, Why?

The full auto assault rifile while not fantastic easily tops that, which reminds me. I need to get said assault rifle into production after a final attempt at upgrading it.
The infantry could use a replacement for the SVA-10, our enemy will be building a version of it themselves or a better one now so I think I'll try to get us a bigger lead.

If it and the RPG uprade go well our infantry will be able to take down enemy armor head on as well as seriously out match any enemy infantry.

Uhm does anybody have any idea what cheeses rifle is meant to be? It makes no sense to me.

I know what the basic principle is but why propose a gun that went out of service when full auto rifles came in, after we have full auto rifles?

You'll need a fighter as well, long range bombers alone are a horrible idea they will suffer catastrophic casulties when enemy interceptors engage them.
You need a fighter screen to intercept the enemy fighters and draw them off to allow the bombers to pass through without being attacked from all sides by aircraft they can not defend against effectively.

I'd say scrap it, but after the 120mm is ready so we have a new short/mid range cannon for it.

Maybe, it's also a sitting duck though and a lighter one would be better suited to it otherwise it slows down the entire attack force because they have to let it keep up.

Potentially, they will build infantry AT soon and in the air we are winning. A heavy slow moving tank goes against everything we've built so far.
Our armors biggest edge is in mobility.

They will do soon and we aren't a heavy armor nation, we're a high mobility nation. Why change that now when it's working for us and start playing the enemies game instead?

I fail to see how requesting specific engineers is gaming the system, it might slow down completion a bit not using lowerr ranked engineers but it reduces the odds of flaws as well.

Other then that it will be the slowest least agile interceptor in human history? Nope.

The Radar itself is new, it will take time and possibly a lot of it to do that.

Until then my plan will cut off these bombing raids that are hurting our production.

And yet our enemy is still managing to bomb us all year, we need planes in the air so we can intercept them further out in larger numbers and prevent that bombing entirely rather then getting planes up just in time to catch them bombing us, or for them to just release bombs over whatever they are flying past.

Reacting to the enemy leads to defeat, forcing the enemy to react to you brings victory. It's what happened before, we spent every year reacting to the enemies move and they gained the advantage.

I'm tired of playing catch up with the enemy, we have the tools to force them to try and keep up with us and it's time we used them properly.
