Thank you - these are all great suggestions.  I didn't realize it was coming off as contempt :(  We did lose a few staff recently and I guess it is time to make sure the ones we have know we appreciate them.  To be honest we got lucky here as we kept all of the good staff...

I was hoping to avoid younger people due to the benefits of getting staff with real life experience but maybe the strategy will be  to hire someone who has gone to school later or gone back to school and is looking for their first or second position.  That will be very easy to find in the current market and if we are going with the intention of training we will be able to afford a couple.

Hey guys,

I own a small accounting firm in Canada and need to recruit top level talent.  Currently thinking of talking to a recruiter but ideally I would like to find the type of person who would frequent these forums.  I need someone intelligent and able to manage a decent number of accountants who share a lot in common with Urist....

7miners and picks, if I'm in a hostile embark 1 smith and rocks.   And cats, lots of male cats so that you don't have to worry about being surprised when you mine out layer after layer of rock.

@drazin your just jealous lol!   Actually so am I.  ;) I use bins but have encountered bugs like the ops.  When I have more patience I might try his tactic.  My best sorting endeavour consisted of mining out 3 complete map levels and very time consuming designations...

There is no where near enough info for us to make valid statements.  Could mean she is into you but wants to go slow, she only wants a physical relationship, she's worried about her grades and can't think about anything else.  Could mean any number of other things...

My advice is to do some more recon.  Listen to her and don't over analyze it.   Could be you will be her cuddle buddy until semester is over.  Definitely wont be if you walk away and professing your love would be against what she has asked.   Don't hold your breath too long though.  You still have to live and enjoy your own life.

Good luck and use the popcorn move.   When watching a movie put your hand in the bowl at the same time - easy way to break out of the friend zone

Play using co-workers.  Go to the furnace room and find a way to make magma.   Maybe a pump stack...   Dig deep and look for clowns! 

Make it to upper level management by being the only survivor who doesn't throw a tantrum over the !!fun!! Stuff that can be had.

Ok so I have 2 ideas I am going to try.  Using kobold camp so lots of kiddies to test. 
 First is a hall of doors, one lever per door, each lever hooked up to the next lever to create a push and whack effect.   Will this increase dodge or just nail them? Or not even affect at all?   

Second idea is a pressure plate floor hatch outside the food storage so all kobolds end up being dumped into 7 deep water every time they go for food.  Falling into water damage is reduced should boost swim and maybe dodge?

Will either work?
If the doors aren't effective might use bridges...

@genesis92x it's in the main mw folder - an HTML file.   I too love this mod. 
Tonight I'm going to mod in a flying caste to my kobolds and call them Tungu.   And haulers.  Maybe I'll be able to keep a kobold camp alive for more than 2 years :)

Oh wow - this is a great option.   Only getting 1 hide per animal isn't good for the tanning industry.    I added reactions to allow skinning raw glass which is a bit exploity...
