I spent all night trying to fall asleep and failing because of my damned cold. Throat made it hurt to swallow, coughed constantly, only able to drift off for a few minutes...

I value critics and reviewers and of course like anyone with a brain I understand that it's a subjective review 99% of the time which points out some objectives that you need to address
But like
When all you do in your review is talk about negatives for a game it just doesn't really sit well with me, even if its a bad game

« on: August 01, 2017, 09:08:16 pm »Started thinking about my time at the middle and high school out east where kids were messing with me all the time and staff would basically tell me to solve my own problems and then punished me when i couldnt come up with good solutions. I realized, i would still literally break that principles and gym coaches jaws if i got the chance. I feel like having to put up with those spoiled brats and lazy staff is most of the reason my life has been nothing but shit since and im in therapy now.I'm really quite glad my own school is a lot more proactive in stopping bullying, but even that feels like not enough rather frequently.

I sort of like CinemaSins but exclusively for shit I know is bad and even then some of the good movies he reviews turn out fine in the end
But, lately, I've got that same feeling with ZeroPunctuation. It's funny and all but sometimes honestly it just feels like he accentuates the negatives so much that a game that is genuinely not that bad gets cast in a light that implies it's shlock
