It also goes against the Second Amendment, in most of its interpretations.

Women are ‘smaller, weaker, less intelligent’ and should be paid less, says right-wing Polish MEP.

Here's video of the incident. It seems that there weren't many people present in European Parliament at the time, which is why I guess this person got to the tribune. Still, crazy stuff.

I think I've saw quite a few Internet mob outrages affiliated with the opposite of sexism and racism. In this very thread, there has been two examples of those, and I'm sure there's many more if you look at right places like Tumblr and the liberal-aligned parts of Reddit.

More powerful people have been killed by "sorry" without regard to how much you've done for humankind

Right-wing phenomenon, they're not. Trying to portray them as such is not going to solve the problem of extremists gaining power. In fact, one of their main self-justifications is that "we have to be violent in order to suppress other violence, which is surely much, much worse, as evident by the *insert selectively quoted evidence here*". If you want to demolish them, you have to demolish them everywhere.

What better way is there to ensure worker rights than unions? Sure some jobs specifically cannot have unions and cannot strike, but those often come with a system specifically in place to mediate between the workers and employer and can supersede the employer's desires if the worker's demands are fair.

But absolutely NO business would ever allow something like that to fall into place.

One of them is the third largest company by sales in UK.

Hm, isn't the rabid internet outrage mob a right wing phenomenon?
It's extremist phenomenon. Extremists can be right wing, they can be left wing, they can be flying above and below, or suspended in vacuum.

In a counter-attack from Trump, it has been revealed that a prominent member of Democratic Party, Nancy Pelosi, has been caught on a photo with Russian ambassador, which apparently contradicts her own words about never meeting him. Oh yeah, and there was also McCaskill who claimed that he has never met with Russian ambassador, contradicting his own tweets from the past.

So we all know that Russians have infiltrated Republicans... but what if they've infiltrated Democrats, as well? What if all this is just a play by Russian agents against other Russian agents in order to both discredit American political discourse and to sneak its assets under the guise of "anti-Russian defenders"?

Actually, no, scratch that nonsense.

I just find it's kinda funny that some of the Democrats have managed to walk into a trap of their own making yet again by overreaching with anti-Trump attacks. I feel that this is a fair turnaround to accusation of meeting with Russian ambassador on RNC, where there were also lots of other diplomats. Does not deflect against accusations of closed-doors meetings in Trump tower, though, so there's that. Still, kinda stupid on their part. They're high-ranked people, they should watch better what they say. Fucking Twitter generation, I swear.

I've experienced the same thing, and it's definitely really, really creepy when one thinks about it.
I dunno, I think it's a natural consequence of all argumentation being explicitly or implicitly based on axioms that are defined quite arbitrarily. It's why "pure rationalism" is not as good as some people try to portray.

Well, depending on how well stuff goes, I may be given a rifle for free within the next 6 months!

Wait, who said anything about converting? It's all about mobilization and raids these days, you know!

Clickbait is what essentially sinked Hillary Clinton (EMAILS BENGHAZI), I don't see anything wrong with turning that strategy back at the Republicans.

Former Trump adviser Carter Page also met with Russian envoy. Who hasn't met with Russian officials in Trump's campaign?

Oh, and also: Another Trump adviser has significantly changed his story about the GOP's dramatic shift on Ukraine.

EDIT: To clarify myself: I don't think it's a good thing to spread false information around. However, it has proven to be an effective strategy somewhat, and getting the news out fast, even if at a cost of some small percentage of those be false, should be very effective against Trump, while not compromising the core values all too much.

This is getting savage: Jeff Sessions 'used campaign funds' for trip to event where he met Russian ambassador

So much for his flimsy "I was totally not acting as a Trump surrogate at the time, honest" defence. Someone is really on point with those leaks. Deep state is doing what it was meant to do, I guess.

It's always cute to see someone not realize that it's normal in the free world (tm) for media to post stories of bad stuff happening at home.
Drunk citizen of St. Petersburg has threatened an ambulance paramedic with murder. First page of "accident" heading on one of the biggest news sites in Russia. #debunked

No but seriously, the most bizarre part about that Ukrainian case is not the shootout, no. But the fact that the perpetrator escaped. On foot. After stealing a bus and shooting at police while driving it.

It's technically still 15 hours away, but today is my birthday! Yaaaaay!

When trying to find the original source I found this flash app which explains why this "art style" is so wonderfully popular.  I feel silly for using paint now!
But whenever I click on it I clearly see a dancing bishie oh right

Awww, thanks!

I'm currently eating pizza with an enormous amount of cheese, sausage and ketchup on it. It's soooooo yummy I can't even

I've heard that Fillion is getting pressured by his party to resign and be replaced with Juppe.

Man, French election are so cool and dynamic. Maybe in 50 years, our elections will look the same! We do use the same two-tour system, apparently. Just need to get rid of Stalin.

Some hilarious tragic bizarre news from Ukraine: Apparently, just yesterday, someone in Kiev did the following:

1. Ran away from police when approached.
2. Entered a bus and, threatening driver with a gun, forced him to drive.
3. After the bus has started moving, has shot at police through the front windows, at which moment the driver and the passengers have made their escape from the vehicle.
4. Then the shooter has took over the driver's seat and started to drive away, with police chasing him.
5. During this, he continued to shoot at police, with them returning fire. Oh, and he also rammed a car.
6. After a while, he abandoned the vehicle and escaped on foot, lightly wounding a police officer in the leg.
7. He fucking escaped. Police is still searching for him. It was yesterday, at 12 AM. It has been a full 24 hours. He hasn't been caught yet.

And before anyone dismisses it as "Russian propaganda", take a look at the headline at top:
Quote from: translation mine
For Russia territory — fetish. Because Moscow has never had nothing, except size, to prove its "greatness".
Vitaliy Portnikov
And those people are reporting a story about a GTA-style shootout in the capital of the fucking country. Ouch.
