General Discussion / Re: Shit, let's seize the means of production.

I got Cadets, which is weird because I said Russia should leave the war and that a military dictator isn't the answer, and in fact was closer to the Menshevik Defensist dot. I guess I didn't say those things hard enough?
Clearly your waffling on women's liberation and secularism caused this result.
...darn it.  Now, I'm wondering what secularism waffles would taste like.
I dunno what they taste like, but I know what they don't do

turn into the flesh of a Jewish dude as you eat them

Oooh. While we are sharing 3D models, here's a model of a scout/patrol walker I made like a month ago. I just got to creating a scene and texturing and lighting it, but then I got swamped with ass-tons of work.
I'll post this here so I remember to finish it, I guess. I'm really happy with how it turned out compared to my first model ever that I posted in this thread before.

Who the fuck even is this asshole? I feel like I'm missing something in this post.
Not that it's particularly relevant to how I feel about his behavior. Good on her for calling the cops.

Kind of a general question, but if one wanted to write a simple web game thing with Python, what would be necessary for that? A server-side interpreter of some sort? How would one go about setting that up?

I find the idea of cooking with something that isn't olive oil disgusting.

I have come into possession of an ancient Soviet sunlamp.

It has the design of a doomsday device, weighs like ten kilos, and emits a very distinctive smell of Eau de Hospital Ward when powered. It is quite probable that prolonged exposure to its UV mode results in several kinds of cancer previously unknown to medicine. It also has an IR mode, which is facilitated by means of a few coils of wire heating to a very, very high temperature.

Despite all that, it is kind of odd to me as some objects are. You know, sometimes you encounter things that make you realize that "design" wasn't invented in the West in the late eighties, but is kind of an inherent aspect of engineering and production? It really is a beautiful device, if somewhat horrifying to be around.

Memery tv best tv

Though the "worse than a Jew" one and the Mickey Mouse one are not what you would call rare, really.

I think I stumbled across a neat animation effect today:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
It is really neat. Your character is also pretty cute.
If I can offer a bit of criticism, the glow around the panels on the sides dims when the candles go out, while logically it seems like it should intensify, since it's not being drowned out by other light sources now. And the screen has no glow at all, but it looks like it should have some, since it's also lit? At least, this is how it seems to me, I'm by no means an expert at lighting or anything.

heck, you two actually a cute

fascinating

What did you graduate, though?
