Another idea: become pack hunters using pherormones and hunt jawshell to extinction. (with all the above)

Lets go for speed and senses. We will get better at hunting.

Also, should we evolve a more complex mouth? Or will we use tentacles forever?

There aren't going to be sessile creatures all the time. Everybody evolves. The sessile ones will soon be exterminated by others. That's why we should think fowards and develop better hunting senses. Anyway, if it is not sight, let it be something like shark's perception of magnetic fields.

I think that the rage avatar is a threat, so we shouldn't keep him alive. We can take control of the city if there are no other people with enough strenght to oppose us.

If the deathrot is ready, have Mongoose tell them it is so they can send someone to pick it up.  Then try to corrupt them into poisoning the mob, THEN send the guards once the mob has been weakened, using our new minion to inform the church of the Avatar boss.  Anyone else support this? If not, go with Tomcost's idea.

Also, who do you want to corrupt to poison the mob? I'm sorry but I didn't understand.

Sigmund shrugged at the odd fellow's response, maybe he was still traumatized after all. when he was going away from the kitchen, he saw that the glass that kept the mushroom-infested skeleton was already broken. But that fellow was not there, instead, the butler was trapped now. He said to him:
