Awesome, installing. I really hope Starsector gains attention when it is finally finished; it is a great game and reminds me of Mount & Blade in all the good ways.

Playing as Noctilus, I accidentally acquired the Sword of Kaine. Is there really any downside to having it while being an undead murder pirate anyway?

How do raider corpses and chemfuel connect? You can feed corpses to boomalopes?

If you tame boomrats/boomalopes, you can milk them for chemfuel. Another option is to research ground-penetrating radar and deep drilling. Third option is to send some of your dudes to a forested region for a lumber expedition, then bring a wood caravan back?

Shooting out power with sniper rifles is usually the best way to deal with turrets, since power thingies are less durable and you can't carry them with you.

I'm more concerned for characters like one of my current colonists, body purists with a vital prosthetic that isn't likely to be replaced. I.e. a prosthetic heart. I'm not doing any heart transplant surgery when one of my most skilled medics started out with the nickname "Disaster".

You can implant them with the mech healing serum, it fixes all ailments. Nanobot magic. I don't know how that interacts with existing prosthetics, though, might be safer to replace the heart with a biological one before the operation...

Yeah I didn't hack the leg on purpose, I just had a transhumanist lose their leg to megascrab and had no bionic legs available.

So, transhumanists consider peg legs and similar things bionics. If you want to make a transhumanist happy while having no high tech, just saw his legs off and put wooden things in as a replacement. Quite amusing that they think they are leaving behind weak flesh for strong metal while rolling around in medieval prosthetics.

Visitors (in Hospitality mod) will help your dudes by working as well if their mood is high enough. So I usually mark the whole storage and production areas as visitor zone in addition to the visitor barracks.

This War of Mine and Frostpunk drive through well the futility of war and poverty.

I was moved by Planescape: Torment as a kid as well.

Paladin can choose remove fatigue as a lay on hands bonus, as well.

Technically, the undead girl should never be fatigued, though. Or do undead get fatigued in Pathfinder, never played it P&P? They don't in D&D.

Yay for updates. Rerolling social contexts seems like a good change.

I hope gateways and wormholes have an effect on the cohesion. If you link your separated wings with gateways, they are practically next door regarding travel times. I hope traderoutes can pass through gates and wormholes as well.

I can't wait to play Scientology (criminal enterprise + megachurch) and enslave all the Thetans.
