Would anyone be willing to start a succession game once Indigo has finished the Jurassic parts? I would, but the last two died before I finished the first turn due to my lazy nature.

I've sorted out my next ecosystem via a Wiki Walk: the Late Triassic. There wasn't a central thing for all the fossils from one place, so I just followed what lived alongside the Walking With Dinosaurs Triassic animals and then followed those links until I had them all.

minor double post

After having a brief in-game test, after copying the 0.3 straight into the raws, I found that my 'Play now!' was 7 kobolds with a cat, a peahen, two Gigantoraptor and a giraffe. I'm fairly sure that the raws got duped, specifically Edmonto, Anky, Alamo and something else plus the SEMIBIPED_SAWR.

Oh, also, changing action because dust isn't dust, it's murdust!

Jump, and after/while jumping, shout "Force Blast-Wall Shockwave Aura" in an attempt to launch myself upwards on the resulting downward blast. ((I'm imagining using a wide-angle force wave, creating a shockwave that launches me upward, while the aura keeps the dust off/down.))

Thanks! There should be a Jurassic Dinosaurs update soon, with such creatures as Stegosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Allosaurus and Tanycolagreus (:P). As well as, hopefully, the almighty Drinker, dinosaur-descended, the saur that strikes the earth.

Anyway, anyone want to start plans for a succession game? Dinosaurs, due to how I have made them, are rather !!fun!! animals and should result in a fun fort.

I just got to the Stegosaurus on my list-of-dinosaurs-to-make, and found that there's no body plan for stegosaurs or their plates. A spike-covered tail could also help if we do some of the more spiky beasts, and lots of scissor-like spikes for the polocanthids and friends would also help out their designs.

I'll PM you the current, non-sapient Drinker. Civilised beings aren't my strong point, but if you manage to get the Drinker sorted and ready for dorfiness, make sure you PM it to Indigo so they can add it to the latest version.

That's just because Tarbosaurus is older, and hasn't been updated properly.

I'll have a look for that, then. Should I make it truly dwarven and give it a martial trance and ability to learn how to kick stuff better?
