We will gladly take on Instructors who expertise in subterfuge, Training wont be much of a burden but it will take between 12 or more weeks for Arbiters to fully trained if they sign up as they will either undergo basic military routine and training or under Subterfuge teachers. Dwarfs would instead of building walls first they would prioritise building corners so the unfinished wall problem wouldn't occur again.

So if Urist is 1 tile beside wall construct and three tiles away from corner construct he rush to build corner first.
