Conall nods.
"Aye, he knows a little something about everything the bleedin' squierl."

Kate and Conall must find Lenny the Nose! For the good of the thread.

Connall goes off to talk to one of his less than respectable friends that commonly... works around here. Shouldn't be too hard what with their pencant for sniffling.

Hey, mission peoples?  You know those worms which dissolved Prae and Radio's armor?  If someone could somehow capture one of those, or their acid, or their acid production gland, Hephaestus would be very happy.  We would most likely pay you extra for that sample.

Also, both Prae and Comrade have flight rockets on their equipment.  Prae has a mobility variant assaultsuit, and all variants of HRB have rockets.  You both can fly around at least as well as Flint.

@Auron discussion

Auron didn't try to kill Simus after being shot.  IIRC, Simus ordered him to stop constructing the Thundertron (stuff like that had been forbidden even before he built it) and return the massive cannon he armed it with, which costed RU (the currency we were using to buy defenses).  In response, he aimed his laser at Simus' braincase, and Simus asked Steve to shock him.  Steve did so, and Auron tried to shoot Simus, but she dodged and he instead hit a massive fuel tank behind her (which exploded).

Not that wanting to kill Simus is all that unusual.  I've wanted to a few times myself.

I wish Auron had been kept on the mission.  It would be entertaining to watch.  Then again, I'm the guy who enjoyed arguing with GWG over practucally nothing for literal hours, so maybe I'm unusual in that respect.
I think the enjoying conflict online thing is like an offshoot of GIFT. I mean, I like it as well, it's very liberating if you are having fun with it.

Tracey shakes her head.
"No! Er... No, thank you for the offer but it would be unfitting for someone of my low standing to dirty up your things..."

Tracey looks down at her feet. She shuffles a little bit before shaking her head.

"Tis indeed the case....."

((Wait a sec, how did the dancer know my name? I haven't even said it yet. I probably should soon.))
((She doesn't. I do.))

Tracey bites her lip in response to this new stranger. "I don't know... I'm only a dancer so I don't think I'd be good for an army..."

I'm not sure why Joker team gets a replacement, really.  If there's a teammate they can't work with, and needs to be removed from the mission, why do you get another reinforcment to replace him?  If you're cut-off and in a dangerous situation, I'd like to see there be some IC consequences to IC choices.
Probably because the OOC would spontaneously combust otherwise :P
Perfect! Down with the Retcon!

Yeah, but I'm much less threatening.
But, like, when was the last time Auron turned into a flesh horror?

But consider the fact that it is a high-priority spec-ops mission where underlings are meant to follow exact orders to the letter.
Yeah, but the underling in question seemed to be doing something more useful than what they were ordered to do. And I don't think it was Spec-ops once the phrase 'bum-rush' became part of the plan.
That and while I may be uninformed, I'm not entirely sure why Auron was under limits. It just almost seemed like the senior staff (pancaek mostly?) was picking on the guy. Go figure. That aside, my guy is on planet so.... Do well, please.

EDIT: Ah, there seems to be some sort of beef from beforehand. Ah well, I will quiet on the topic for now.
It was because Auron once blew up almost the entire Haephestus shipyard somewhat by accident because someone accidentally shot him or something.
Ah, so it's just a big misunderstanding.
No, it's more like he's the ... not sure I should make that comparison, but he's largely persecuted by people because of his magpie-like ways and general abrasiveness. People don't trust him very much for whatever reason (he's a fairly good teammate though), so they're more likely to do things like what happened there.
I mean, I can get doing that but... there are much better targets for it, seriously.

While I do think it'd be an interesting bit of character development for them to have to work past their animosity in order to save the people on the planet, I can understand the retconning if that's what's happening.
...
NOT IT
Ha! I'm already in mortal peril!
